The Intro is the first in a series of five 2  1/2 hour workshops designed to resolve mental and emotional patterns that keep us stuck in the old paradigm and obstruct the realization of peace and prosperity in the New Paradigm.

Course materials utilize Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Peruvian Shamanism, Hawaiian Huna, and Feng Shui principles of balance and the Intuitive Learning Circles™.

Let’s start with a couple of quick explanations of happiness and unhappiness that we’re going to use as underlying principles to the Circles ~

1) Happiness is a heart centered state of being where a person is internally creating their experience and more likely to attract their needs in an open, natural way. As they experience happiness, they are self-confident and living the concept that “what you put out comes back to you.” They take responsibility for their personal growth and know that their mindset is important in maintaining their happiness.


 

Blockages to Happiness2) Unhappiness is a state of being where a person is focused on external conditions and the delusion of powerlessness. They look for answers outside of themselves. It’s important to note that unhappiness can be transformed into happiness through courage and awareness that a different choice can be made at any time.


Miracles - Channels of Spirit3) “Intuition is an inner knowing available to us when all of the senses, known and unknown are balanced and able to receive information that is usually filtered out by the conscious mind.”

The Cornerstones of Manifest Happiness Circles in the New Paradigm are:

  • Creating prosperity through sustainable cooperation and respectful relationships.
  • Operating out of inner guidance from the Soul rather than the ego.
  • Developing courage and resolve to find peaceful solutions to our current dilemmas.
  • Balancing masculine and feminine energies to create wholeness.
  • Cultivating personal responsibility by understanding “what I put out is what comes back to me” (the Law of Karma).
  • Seeking out healthy nourishment and balance for the body, mind and spirit.
  • Realizing joyful living through reciprocity, self-care and self-love.
  • Actualizing freedom from societal and familial baggage.

The Problem

Getting to the Bottom of your Prosperity Issues.

An example from our recent past will help to paint a picture of what happens when one has lost touch with one of our cornerstones – their prosperity. Let’s say you are living in Pittsburgh in the 50’s and 60’s. You’ve grown up in an environment that is predominately steel mills and manufacturing. The businesses, buildings and social structures have been conceived and built to fulfill the purpose of producing economic dependence upon the steel industry. You are a steel mill worker. Very likely your family has worked in the mills for generations. Every activity, thought and inner motivation has been built upon that experience. Your politics and the conversations you have revolve around it. Your economic security depends upon it. An electro-magnetic energy field has been erected by the collective energy of the residents of Pittsburgh. In response, your personal energy structure has adapted to and perpetuates that input. Now you are in the 70’s and 80’s and the bottom falls out of the steel industry. What do you do? Your own personal energy structure is still operating under “I am a steel mill worker,” but there is no longer any support for that identity.

The Four Stages of Societal Change

1.) Your initial reaction is shock and fear. It’s like the whole world is crumbling down around you.

2.) The next stage is denial. “This is not really happening, maybe if I go down the street and apply at the other mills, I’ll get a job there.”

3.) Once it really sinks in that there are no more jobs in town, disillusionment and depression set in.

4.) If little or nothing is done to alleviate the situation, violence and desperation break out, creating a gridlock to positive change.

Many people are now experiencing one of these four stages due to political, societal and environmental changes taking place in our world today. The solution is to open yourself up to changing who you think you are and building a new identity and personal energy structure that supports who you want to be now.

The Solution

This is where the Manifest Happiness Power Circles come in. The classes and Transformation Games are designed to help you transmute, transform and transcend your experience of lack and limitation into an opening to re-invent yourself through the inner guidance of your Soul.

If you want to be prosperous in the truest sense, you will want to examine who you think you are and clear out any thoughts, emotions or assumptions that prevent you from moving forward into the person you’d like to become. It’s also a good idea to modify attitudes and perceptions that keep you chained to the past, struggling to cope with all the changes going on around you.

“There are times when none of our efforts to solve a problem have been effective and the way out of DANGER is blocked. Often, all that you may do is wait. Yet, even when that is the case, there are still things that you can do to become more aware of yourself by learning from DANGER

‘Frequent encounters with DANGER are a part of life. Beyond making you inwardly strong, familiarity with DANGER, like the near brush of death, can instill in you a profound awareness of the life force and the mysterious nature of the cosmos. Such heightened awareness can bring new meaning, determination. and richness into your life.’ ~The I Ching Workbook, R.L Wing

Generally, the text from Hexagram #29 talks about DANGER that exists in your immediate environment. Responding correctly is really about Right Action – knowing when and how to take action with clarity of mind. Sometimes it’s best to take minimal action or do nothing at all. Awareness and keeping your wits about you are really the keys.”

Learning from Danger – A Transformation Game

This Game uses the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to help you gain a deeper understanding of the dangers facing you. For example, you may know that something is wrong, and not be able to put your finger on what it is. This game can help you identify it.

Or

Your desires could be leading you into danger time and time again and you’re not learning from it. You can use this game to explore what that’s about and see if there’s something you can do to transcend the habit.

Step One: Access your Gut Instincts.

Simply relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up).

Step Two: Balance Your Senses.

When DANGER is present, It’s essential to see things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and make sense of my current conditions and environment.”

“I use them to be aware of DANGER and find helpful solutions.”

“I sense things as they are really happening.”

 

Step Two: Uncover Your Awareness of the Danger.

Gaze at this Circle that accesses your intuition and unconscious awareness of a danger you are facing now. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of experiences and see what kind of Soul Resources you can come up with. Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“What is the real danger about? Is there anything or anyone in my environment that is dangerous to me? If so, where are they and how are they affecting me?”

“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?”

Step Three: See it Calmly and with Discernment.

The DANGER may be upsetting. Let this Circle help you tune your senses back to a comfortable level. They could have bumped up too high, too loud or intense.

Remember that those who hold dangerous ideologies intentionally want to get under your skin, so that they can manipulate you. They feed off of emotional energy and get a perverse kind of “high” off of it. 

Don’t buy into it. Gaze softly at the symbol and breathe for a couple minutes to gather up your wits and get calm again. If it helps, you can use this affirmation:

“I calm down and sense things even more clearly.”

 

Step Four: Clarify the Right Action(s) to Take.

Use this Circle to help you identify possible solutions that you can honestly take upon yourself without placing yourself in further, unnecessary danger. Explore different scenarios until you find a response that makes sense.

“What is a possible action I can take? Would it be effective?”

“If effective, when and how might I go about doing it?”

“Are there other helpful actions I could take?”

Make a note of the suggestions that come. Times of danger can be filled with distractions that make it easy to forget. 

Step Five: Dissolve your attraction or susceptibility to those who carry dangerous energy.

Imagine that the symbol below for dissolving destructive blueprints can help you clear away dangerous energies that may be threatening you.

“I dissolve the imprint of this danger and any connection I have ever had to it. I clear my field of destructive mental, emotional and spiritual patterns and send them to the Sun.” 

Step Six: To manage yourself well in dangerous times, be sure that you stay grounded and centered.

Get your feet on the ground and connect with the positive energy of Mother Earth.

Step Seven: Close the Doors to Actions that Escalate or Invite Further Danger.

Your unconscious mind knows what things are helpful and what things are harmful to your body, mind and spirit. Imagine that the harmful pathways in your mind are closing now. See them disappear, as if they were never there.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

SOS - Develop Healthy BoundariesMany people, especially those who are highly sensitive or empathic, want to learn how to develop healthy boundaries because they are so open to thoughts and energies coming from other people. Sometimes those thoughts get attached in their minds and spin around, causing a great deal of discomfort.

If the pathways remain open, all kinds of trouble (karma, issues, illness or confusion) can pass back and forth between people without their awareness. If left unchecked, this type of attachment can eventually manifest in negativity, sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.

It’s a valuable skill to know how to shift your energy.

Self-care Formula #4 from SOS – Soul Oriented Solutions uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you learn to consciously close off the pathways to busy or negative thoughts and shift into a more positive mindset. Use Develop Healthy Boundaries when you are:

  • Agitated or feeling out of sync
  • Distressed by recent news
  • Getting negative or anticipating hardship

  • Obsessed with a particular person or situation.

How it works: Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Follow the sequence of symbols while you read their accompanying instructions. Gaze gently at each Circle for about two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary.

Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Be sure to go through the entire formula and at the end, give yourself time to rest and integrate. Developing a quiet mind and light heart changes your perspective and that makes it easier to accomplish your goals.


1. Begin by consciously breathing in on the count of three and slowly exhaling on the count of five. It’s helpful if you can breathe in through your nose.

Do that three or four times while you gently focus on this Circle.
Continue breathing and bring your awareness to your tailbone.

Balance – What do you need to get in balance about?

 

2. Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed.
Let your shoulders drop.
Gaze softly at the Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high, just like the volume on a radio dial.

Calm – What are some thoughts that relax you?

 

3. See if you can collect any noisy thoughts or distractions into the center of the Circle. You may sense something like a web or a bunch of strings that have gotten all tangled up with each other or you may get a sense of an open, gaping hole. Whatever it is, bring it all into the center.

Gathering – Are there any distractions to let go of?

 

4. Now that you have all the distractions gathered up, let the next Circle help you close that gaping hole or any other open pathways between you and all those noisy thoughts.
Keep closing the hole until all pathways are completely sealed and healed.

Protection – Is there anything you need to say goodbye to?

 

5. Now you’re ready to shift your attention. Breathe in and exhale. Beauty is everywhere. Consciously turn your attention to it.
Take your time and let the Circle help you call the most majestic, inspiring scene into your mind that you can imagine. Form a mental picture of what it’s like. Imagine the sounds and how it would feel to be there.

Beauty – What is a beautiful place you remember or would like to go to?

 

6. Come back to your breathing again and notice how calming it is.
You can sense the steady rhythm of your heart.
The gentle expansion and contraction of your lungs.
Breathing in and letting go. Learning to trust.

Trust – What do you trust? Could anything be done to increase your sense of trust?

 

7. Give yourself permission to slow down and turn your attention to what really matters to you. Can you name what’s most important?
Let the Circle help you lift any pressure you may feel right up off of you.
Without all that pressure, it’s easier to know what your true priorities are.

Intention – What’s important to you now?

 

8. Gather your resources and get present in your body. Put your feet on the ground and feel your connection with the Earth.
If you like, you can stretch or move around in any way that feels good.
Flexing your fingers and toes can really help you become more aware.

Presence – What do you feel in your body?

 

9. Imagine with each new, relaxing breath you are able to fill your heart with compassion and understanding for yourself.
Let any heaviness you feel lift up and out of you.
Dark clouds are dissolving into blue skies and sunlight. Your mind is clear.

Surrender – What is something you can do that expresses love?

 

10. Before you finish this formula, make a commitment to stay centered and follow through on your priorities. Your health and happiness are important.
You can easily deflect other people’s thoughts or expectations.
It’s genuinely joyful to have a quiet mind and a light heart.

Resolution – What other joyful decisions can you make?

 

11.  Use the Circle to help you finish closing any remaining pathways that would lead you back to the noise and distractions of the external world.
Close the doors and seal the leaks – as if they were never there.
You are calm. Your mind is able to rest now.

Completion – How do you feel now?

Congratulations!  You’ve learned how the Intuitive Learning Circles can help you to develop healthy boundaries. Having a quiet mind and light heart changes your perspective and that makes it easier to accomplish your goals.

Be sure to give yourself time to rest and integrate.

A Mind Exercise for Grounding In The Truth ~

Grounding in the TruthMany people realize how important grounding in the truth is because external power struggles can so easily uproot us from our true intentions. Staying centered requires that you know how to use the power of your mind to control your own energy.

This 5 Step Mind Exercise from RESOLVE uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to quickly help you when you:

  •  Are having difficulty getting grounded
  •  Feel caught up in a power struggle
  •  Need to disconnect from an intrusive person
  •  Feel trapped by agendas from other people
  •  Are wasting energy on the past
  •  Are worrying or fearful about the future
  •  Can’t think straight or get dependable guidance
  •  Are experiencing poor boundaries.

Here’s how Grounding in the Truth works:

Put both feet flat on the floor and start with your arms and legs uncrossed. Simply gaze softly at the images while you repeat the affirmations that go with them for several minutes. Relax and breathe. Here’s an example:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and aware so that I can actualize my Souls purpose.”

“I use them to help me protect myself appropriately.”

“I am aware of what’s most important.”

You will probably feel a lot of energy moving – that’s all right, that means the Circles are working to focus your mind and clean up your energy. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down and you can think clearly. Then you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process. Once you’re done, remember to relax and allow your energy to settle.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience!


Step One: Begin by establishing a strong intention stated in the positive.

You might want to write it down. Examples:

“I maintain my integrity and am true to myself.”

“I gather my resources to be successful in my current endeavors.”

I ____________________________________.”

Step Two – Resolve

Gaze softly at the Circle while affirming these thoughts:

“I detach from petty assumptions, ego concerns and things that don’t matter.”

“I disconnect from unproductive projects and inappropriate people.”

“I resolve to use my power wisely on what’s genuinely good for me.”

 “I release all subconscious agreements to tap into other people’s energy or to allow them to tap into mine.”

 

Step Three ~ Self-determination

Connect to this Circle through your breath, then continue with these affirmations:

“I reclaim all of my energy, power and gifts.”

“I use them to be present and alert.”

“I use them to create my Souls purpose.”

 

Step Four – Centering

Bring your awareness to your heart center and keep breathing:

“I am centered and my heart is strong.”

“I let go of _________, anxiousness, pain, sorrow, etc.”

“I know how to nourish myself appropriately.”

“I maintain healthy boundaries. My life is my own.”

 

Step Five- Grounding

Take all the time you need with this Circle until you feel stable and calm.

“My feet are firmly planted on the Earth.”

“I slow down and step carefully.”

“I am connected with and grounded in the truth.”

“I am ___________________________.”

Congratulations!

Your energy is more your own and you’ll have a much easier time staying grounded now. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.

To clear away complications and wasted effort, it may be necessary for you to refocus and look at your situation from a more objective perspective. As you do so, remember the strength and power that lives within you. By ADAPTING to your new awareness and simplifying your life, you will find many unexpected rewards.”

Take a few breaths and relax. Use a soft focus to help you go within and access new energy and clarity. What you do with the information you come up with is up to you!

1. To begin, look at this symbol with a soft, relaxed gaze. Repeat to yourself several times:

“I am ready, willing and able to shift my perception from scattered to focused  –  from complexity to simplicity – from illusion to truth.”

 

2. While looking at this Circle, think about the different activities you are engaged in. Ask yourself:

“Am I putting too much pressure on myself?”

“Am I spreading myself too thin?”

“Am I seeing this situation honestly?”

 

3. Notice if the whole situation makes you feel anxious or uneasy. Breathe a few times and allow this Circle to help you to calm down and see more clearly.

 

4. Use this Circle from Reiki Chakra Keys to open and balance your heart chakra. You can do this by focusing your attention on the Circle while you relax and breathe for a few moments.

Once you feel more open and at peace, ask for help from your Soul resources to simplify your life.

 

 

5. Now that you’re feeling more relaxed and centered, you can use these Circles to help you separate fact from fiction. Start by asking yourself:

“What percentage of the work that I’m doing is actually benefitting me?”

“Are there any activities or assumptions I’m making that are actually a waste of my time and pulling me off track?”

If so, can you name what they are?

Are there any activities you are contemplating that would pull you off track? If so, how?

 

“Is there clutter I could clear up that would help me get back on track?” 

Make sure it’s your clutter! If it belongs to someone else, use the Circle to visualize sweeping it all up and sending it back to wherever it belongs. 

 

“Am I wasting energy and time due to lack of focus?”

“Is there some other issue that I need to be aware of?”

 

6. Relax for a minute and tune into your solar plexus area. Let the energy get balanced in your 3rd chakra.

 

Is there something about the situation that reminds you of the way your family sometimes behaves? If so, are you willing to let it go? Gently visualize letting that energy go to the Sun and disappearing.

 

 

7. Relax with this image for a minute or two.

“I am ready, willing and able to go from complicated to simple.”

 

8. As you gaze softly at this symbol from Divine Nature Activated, imagine that you can clear up the communication lines between your mind and your body.

    • If communication lines seem tangled up, see them going to the Sun and disappearing. 
    • If communication seems outdated, see your internal system upgrading.
    • If you seem disconnected, imagine your communication lines straightening out and connecting properly within yourself and the outside world.

(You’ll want  to do this while you’re both crossed and uncrossed over the mid-line of your body).

 

 

9. Take your time and use this Circle to clear confusion or complexities out of your mind. You may see them as a million details, numbers, calculations or just a bunch of heavy smoke.

“I clear away the smoke screen so that I can see what would actually help me.”

 

10. Now that you’re perceiving things more clearly, ask a few more questions:

“What am I struggling with and am I willing to let it go?”

If you are willing, go ahead and send it to the Sun as you did with the others.

If you’re not willing to let it go, at least you now know what’s really going on.

 

11. Now that you’ve gone through the Simplify Your Life Game, see if you can use this Circle to articulate what’s really important.

Bring your attention to your throat. Take your time and let the right words come. Use this positive affirmation to help:

“I am true to myself. I give voice to what’s really important.

What I need to say is _______________.”

 

Once you have what’s important, place that intention in the middle of this Circle and consciously send your energy towards it for improved manifesting. Just like aiming at a bull’s eye!

 

 

11. Help yourself to move forward in the right direction by using this Circle to seal and heal all the holes that have been draining your energy.

“All holes are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

12. Finish the game by making sure the protection of your aura is all sealed and healed – a finishing step that will help your health and focus even more!

Congratulations!

You have just used your intuition to discern between things that are helpful and those that aren’t. You’ve probably saved yourself a lot of time and trouble. Not only that, you’ve let go of some epigenetic patterning that’s been cluttering up the situation. This is a positive step in the right direction!

Take some time to rest your mind a bit. Try taking a walk or spending time in nature. Be prepared for new ideas and solutions to make their way towards you.
