How to Repair Your Priorities

If you have found yourself on this page, there is likely some aspect of your life that is in a deep state of disrepair. It could be that you have inherited some kind of difficulty from your family or you may have been unaware of something or a responsibility you have that strongly impacts you. The I Ching says in these situations:

“You cannot ignore, or discount as unimportant, even the smallest detail of any situation over which you wish to maintain control. All things have built-in weak points, places that decay and eventually collapse. This is especially visible in human affairs…”  

The effects of this disrepair is also visible in your personal affairs.

Repair your Priorities – A Transformation Game for Personal Growth

Play this Game by using the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to track down what needs REPAIR and how you might go about doing that. The sequence has been put together to help you relax, contemplate your priorities and find solutions that will genuinely support your well-being.

Step One: Access your Gut Instincts.

Relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up). This is the chakra that accesses your gut instincts.

It helps to trust your gut instinct, because the gut is that place in the body where most people get an actual physical sense that “something’s not right here.” Look for that feeling when you choose a situation where your gut knows that REPAIR is needed. Ask:

“What situation needs repair right now in my life?”

Take the first answer that comes to you first.  Write it down, even if you don’t fully understand what it means yet. Continue your inquiry:

“Am I in danger?”

“Am I off track?”

“Can I tell what the trouble is?”

“How long has this been going on and what kind of damage has occurred?”

Step Two: Balance Your Senses.

When REPAIR is needed, you’ll want to see things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:

“I clear confusion by balancing my five senses.”

“I use them to become aware of my true priorities.”

“I see things the way they really are and find genuinely helpful solutions.”

Step Three: Clear irrelevant information and haze out of your mind.

Let this Circle help you clear away more toxic energy and confusion like an early morning rain clears the atmosphere.

“Am I looking at the information that will really help me in this situation?”

“Can I tell what I’m focusing on?”

“Is that the best thing for me to be focusing on?”

If not, what would be best?”

 

Step Four: To repair your priorities, its necessary to change your perspective.

Think about what your life would be like if your problem was solved. What would you be able to do that you aren’t able to do now?

 

Step Five: Look for an avenue of constructive action – an area where positive growth can occur. Ask yourself:

“What is a completely new way of handling my life in this situation?”

 

“Do I know what I would like to have happen?”

Step Five: Acknowledge that whatever you’re paying attention to is what’s getting your energy. 

“What thoughts am I paying attention to that get in the way of my true priorities?”

“How much of my attention have I been sending to these thoughts?”
Acknowledge that you have been spending too much time thinking about what you don’t like or don’t want.

Try turning your attention to things that bring you joy instead. This is one of those times when faking it till you make it may be the only way to repair your priorities.

“I decide to move my attention and focus on what I want, rather than on what I don’t want.”

 

Step Six: Clarify a positive vision that includes your true priorities.

Use this Circle to help you put together a positive vision of how your life could be if the problem was repaired. Fill it in with sights, sounds, tastes, smells and feelings that support your health, wealth and well-being.

“Whatever I pay attention to receives my energy. What do I really want to bring into manifestation?”

Once you have your vision, do you want to send your energy to that instead?

Release your heavy thoughts and allow your imagination to move you to a more positive place, filled with harmony, gratitude and joy!

Step Seven: What are things that you can do for yourself now that will lay the foundation for continued growth toward the good?

Make a list.

 

Step Eight: Evaluate your decisions.

Are these your true priorities? Is there an order? Do they work together for effective repair?

 

Step Nine: Take a look at your agreements regarding this situation.

Release your agreement with inertia, apathy, stagnation, confusion, discouragement, carelessness, etc…

Release your agreement to pay attention to unproductive thoughts and things that are a waste of time.

What else might you need to let go of or renegotiate for yourself?

What new agreements would you like to make with yourself?

 

Step Ten: Close the doors and pathways to past indifference and disrepair.

Your unconscious mind knows what things are helpful and what things are harmful to your body, mind and spirit. Imagine that the doors in your mind are closing now all harmful pathways that lead to danger or wasted time and effort. See them disappear, as if they were never there.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

In this process, you will clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution. They’re important to clear because as long as the agreement isn’t resolved, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.

What Are Karmic Entanglements?

Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.

In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned in to a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all. In her present life, the woman was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.

Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.

Easy Steps to Play the Game:

  1. Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
  2. Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
  3. Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
  4. Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it.
  5. Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your akashic records and gently clear harmful karmic entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

When you release your agreement with negative karma, fear or falsehood, you could be detaching from old family patterns, outdated religious vows, or even a larger, collective entanglement. Step One:

What is a situation in your life that distresses you? Gaze softly at the Circle below and relax as you contemplate that thought…

“What is distressing me?”

 

Step Two:

As you gaze at this symbol, imagine that you are scanning for information in your unconscious mind.

“Is this situation interfering with me on a karmic level?”

“Am I taking on karma from others?”

or in other words, “is this really my problem or someone else’s?”

 

Step Three:

Use this Intuitive Learning Circle that accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. With it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them. Imagine that the agreements are like contracts being thrown into a fire and burning up.

“I release any obligation, contract, debt or threat that would compel me to take on the karma of others in the past, present or future.”

“I release any debt, curse or obligation that is secretly affecting me.”

“I let go of any harm I’m unwittingly participating in.”

 

Step Four:

Now it’s time to handle the thoughts behind the entanglements. Use the Circle below to gather information about past thoughts and beliefs about this situation. Are you tapping into someone else’s thoughts or emotions in any way? Are you resonating with an energy that is causing you harm? If you are, use the Circle below to see if you can pull yourself out of harm’s way by disconnecting from that energy. 

 

Step Five:

Are you feeding harmful karma with your energy? Take a few minutes to sort things out.  

“I detach my energy from this karmic debt. I release the concept of ‘owing others and others owing me’. All debts are forgiven.”

 

Step Six:

Are you preoccupied with the harm that others are participating in? Don’t inadvertently feed it. It’s time to redirect your energy towards creating prosperity.

“I detach from shame.  I release all shame against myself and others. I now use Universal Life Force to create prosperity.”

 

Step Seven:

Are you drawing on harmful karma from the collective unconscious? Take a few minutes to detach from any guilt or shame that you may be tapping into.

“I release myself from feeling guilt over all things done or not done.”

“I pull myself out of the guilt. I let go of it by forgiving myself unconditionally.”

 

Step Eight:

If there is karma of your own that needs to be cleared, use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the karmic imprints from your mental continuum to the Sun to be purified.

Step Nine:

“I focus my thoughts on productive activities that are in my positive self interest.”

 

Step Ten:

Seal and heal up those old pathways to suffering and ignorance.

Let’s start with a couple of quick explanations of happiness and unhappiness that we’re going to use as underlying principles to the Circles ~

1) Happiness is a heart centered state of being where a person is internally creating their experience and more likely to attract their needs in an open, natural way. As they experience happiness, they are self-confident and living the concept that “what you put out comes back to you.” They take responsibility for their personal growth and know that their mindset is important in maintaining their happiness.


 

Blockages to Happiness2) Unhappiness is a state of being where a person is focused on external conditions and the delusion of powerlessness. They look for answers outside of themselves. It’s important to note that unhappiness can be transformed into happiness through courage and awareness that a different choice can be made at any time.


Miracles - Channels of Spirit3) “Intuition is an inner knowing available to us when all of the senses, known and unknown are balanced and able to receive information that is usually filtered out by the conscious mind.”

The Problem

Getting to the Bottom of your Prosperity Issues.

An example from our recent past will help to paint a picture of what happens when one has lost touch with one of our cornerstones – their prosperity. Let’s say you are living in Pittsburgh in the 50’s and 60’s. You’ve grown up in an environment that is predominately steel mills and manufacturing. The businesses, buildings and social structures have been conceived and built to fulfill the purpose of producing economic dependence upon the steel industry. You are a steel mill worker. Very likely your family has worked in the mills for generations. Every activity, thought and inner motivation has been built upon that experience. Your politics and the conversations you have revolve around it. Your economic security depends upon it. An electro-magnetic energy field has been erected by the collective energy of the residents of Pittsburgh. In response, your personal energy structure has adapted to and perpetuates that input. Now you are in the 70’s and 80’s and the bottom falls out of the steel industry. What do you do? Your own personal energy structure is still operating under “I am a steel mill worker,” but there is no longer any support for that identity.

The Four Stages of Societal Change

1.) Your initial reaction is shock and fear. It’s like the whole world is crumbling down around you.

2.) The next stage is denial. “This is not really happening, maybe if I go down the street and apply at the other mills, I’ll get a job there.”

3.) Once it really sinks in that there are no more jobs in town, disillusionment and depression set in.

4.) If little or nothing is done to alleviate the situation, violence and desperation break out, creating a gridlock to positive change.

Many people are now experiencing one of these four stages due to political, societal and environmental changes taking place in our world today. The solution is to open yourself up to changing who you think you are and building a new identity and personal energy structure that supports who you want to be now.

The word Fool is derived from the Latin FOLLIS meaning “Bag of Wind”. Thus the Fool symbolizes that which contains air, or breath.

The number 0 is shaped like an egg, hence it symbolizes that which contains all the potencies of growth and development. It is the beginning and the end… the Cosmic Egg of creation.

The stick or “wand” of The Fool is the symbol of a fulfilled life, authentic, and true to purpose. It carries no regrets or confusion. A wand can be imbued with valuable magic or energies, that can be protective in nature.

Question #1: Consider the subject of your inquiry – are you operating under an assumption? If so, does it have any veracity?

Question #5: Are you standing on firm ground? Are you in your personal space or someone else’s? If not, get grounded in the truth.

Question #6: Does this situation pull you away from your Souls purpose? If so, could you change something about the way you’re approaching it? Do you need to change your direction?

Question #7: Are you picking up on too many projections from others?

Are you listening to your inner promptings for safety?

Are you being careless? If so, how?

Question #8: Put it all together. Where are you at with this inquiry? What is going on?

What advice do you get from The Fool archetype?

Question #9: In your situation, are you about to take a leap of faith or are you stepping over the cliff into danger? Is there a decision to make or different option to take?

 

Question #10: If it is a good option, how high of a priority is it? Rate it on a scale of 1-10. If it’s a high priority, what would be a good (do-able) intention to set?

Take time to get specific and grounded as you formulate your request.

Question #11: How could your request potentially nurture you?

Ask how it could fulfill you emotionally, mentally, financially and physically.

Question #12: How about spiritually? Would this be fulfilling to your Soul?

Question #13: Do you have the karma to achieve this intention? If not, is there something you can do to create the correct conditions for success?

Start with this Circle that helps you check into decisions that are currently affecting your health, wealth and general wellbeing. See if you have one or more decisions that need to be made in order to keep you safe and on track with your goals. Gaze softly at the Circle and ask yourself:

“Is there a decision on my horizon that needs to be made?”

Relax your shoulders. Take a few breaths and see if you can identify it. There may be more than one. Start with the one that comes to mind first.

Your answer might come in the form of words, like ‘yes’, ‘no’ or ‘maybe’. Or you could get a vague sense of something, a flash or a feeling in your gut. You might even see the whole scenario in your mind, complete with a cast of characters and scenery. Whatever comes, be patient and trust it. After all, there’s a reason why you haven’t made this decision! Decide to be gentle with yourself.

Gently bring your Crown Chakra into the formula. When this energy center at the top of your head is open and balanced, you can more easily tap into information and inspiration from your Higher Self. Relax and let the energy get connected and balanced.

 

Turn your attention to this Circle and imagine that all the have to’s, supposed to’s and musts are gently melting away. Notice how you can let the lines move around and go wavey while you relax some more.

“I decide to be gentle with myself. I melt away the harsh thoughts, judgements and pressures. I let my body relax.”

 

“I release any fears of punishment, loss or retribution. I am okay. All is well.”

Old Soul

Continue relaxing while this Circle gets you in touch with your inner resources.

“I trust my intuition. I am open and receptive to my better instincts.”  

This may take a few minutes before the blockage clears. Decide to have patience for yourself. When you can be patient with yourself, it’s easier to be patient with others.

“In this case, I patiently put together the pieces. I know what to do.”

Congratulations! You have just become aware of a decision that needs to be made. Now you have more resources to help you sort it out and navigate the details. This would be a good time to take a break and do something completely different!


If you’d like, there are a couple other steps you could take that would gently help you in overcoming indecision. 

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release conditioning from your early childhood or upbringing that encourages you to be hard on yourself. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. It can be helpful to imagine the agreements being pulled from the ground as you go through this process.

“I unearth patterns of behavior that prevent me from taking good care of myself.”

Clear your inner garden of any noxious weeds that are interfering with your ability to take positive, proactive action on your behalf. By doing so, you free up a lot of energy and effort that’s fighting with the way things used to be or the way others want them to be.

Being loyal to yourself is always a good basis for decision making. Use this Circle to help you imprint these positive affirmation about yourself:

“I am true to myself. I am ___________.”

“I make choices that are productive and that keep me on a positive path.”

“I let go of _________. I prepare for __________. I take care of __________.”

 

“I make a choice to focus my energy on people, activities and _________ that are genuinely beneficial.”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of  any societal or familial patterns that are still affecting you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve the destructive energies of distraction, avoidance and confusion.

I send any harmful interference to the Sun to be transformed.

 

Find your good karma and send positive energy to those seeds so that your decisions genuinely benefit you.

Plant new seeds if you like!

Closure for Mind Body HealingOnce the patterns are cleared and your beneficial seeds of karma are nourished properly, give your mind some relief through closure.

Whenever an important decision is being made, take several moments to close the energy leaks or pathways of suffering between you and everyone involved with your decision. 

Otherwise, a channel remains open, allowing all kinds of confusion and opportunities for manipulation to pass back and forth between the participants. This can manifest in overwhelming states of mental confusion, issues with prosperity or abuse of power. This final step is especially important for highly sensitive people.

By closing the door to pathways that lead you back to chaos, confusion and negativity, you make a fresh start.

The Year of the Earth Pig or Boar

This year, the Chinese Horoscope animal is the Earth Pig or Boar, starting on February 5th, 2019 and ending on to January 24th, 2020. Recent Years ruled by the Pig are 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995 and 2007.

Traditionally, the positive qualities of an Earth Pig year are abundance in love, luck, health and money. However, your appetites for objects, food and possessions could get out of hand. It’s good to remember those old social memes, “more is not necessarily better” and “be careful what you ask for” because you could very easily get overwhelmed and out of balance!

To help you, this Transformation Game has been put together to increase your self-awareness, get clear about your priorities and make healthy choices so that you can stay in balance and not go “hog wild”.

Managing the Flow of Opportunities in the Year of the Pig

As you gaze at this Circle that accesses the medicine of the Earth Pig, see if you currently need some increased self-awareness around an important aspect of your life. Ask yourself:

“Would it benefit me to get inner guidance around career, money, health, home or dwelling, business opportunity or a love relationship?”

Make sure that you’re aware of the current flow of the Tao – or “gateway through which all things move.” Use some positive affirmations to help you get there:

“I choose to notice the flow of the Tao.”

“I have correct awareness of the prevailing energy in my environment.”

Open Your Heart So That You Can Be Inspired ~

Use this Reiki Chakra Key to balance and open your Heart Center.

“I am centered and radiating ___________.”

“My heart is aligned with my highest good.”

Because of the chaos involved, it’s very easy to get off track and go “hog wild.” You’re going to need true loyalty to your Self and your highest good to make wise choices. Gently look at the next Circle to affirm your best intentions:

“My agreement is to remain loyal to myself and my best interests.”

“I make choices that keep me on a positive path towards my own goals.”

“I let go of _________. I prepare for __________. I take care of __________.”

 

Focus in on the open, blank space in the middle of this Circle. Send your energy to it using these positive affirmations:

“I use my energy wisely.”

“I make a conscious choice to focus my energy on genuinely helpful people, projects and activities.”

 

“I decide to let go of interference and negativity. I send them to the Sun to be transformed.”

“I am filled with light and protection for positive interactions.”

The Essential Human*Note: If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use it to untangle yourself from negativity.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll probably feel quite a bit calmer and more focused.


If you’re willing, there are several other decisions you could make that could really improve how you handle opportunities. 

Let’s continue with several principles that are bound to be helpful in the Year of the Earth Pig.

Priority #1: Stay focused and calm.

The year will have many opportunities – sometimes too many! Keeping a calm and peaceful mindset will help you filter out clutter and garbage.

“I close the doors to being hard on myself, overworking, conflict, pressure, chaos and____________, etc.”

“I access serenity and peace.”

“I move with grace and tranquility.”

 Priority #2: Keep Your Choices Down to Earth and Do-able.

Be a practical pig, not a porky pig. 

“I let go of fantasies and unrealistic ideas.”

“I focus on what’s really possible for me, in my current situation.”

“Healthy limitations and good boundaries create the best conditions for success.”

“I decide that being calm and stable are healthy qualities to nurture.”

“I perceive my situation as it really is.”

 

Priority #3: Stay Grounded In Your Own Garden.

With the Earth Pig it can be pretty easy to wander off into other people’s gardens looking for yummy morsels. This is a similar tendency to ‘the other man’s grass is always greener.” Don’t buy into it.

“I remain grounded in my own garden and harvest my own blessings.”

Priority #4: Keep Your Space Clear of Garbage and Clutter.

The Pig has a natural tendency to attract too much stuff! Use this Circle to help you clear away any clutter or garbage that’s been dumped in your personal space or the landscape of your mind. You can imagine a broom just sweeping it all away to the Sun!

Once your mind feels clear, ask yourself, “Is there anything I should clear out or clean up in my physical environment?”

Priority #5: Know What’s Best for You.

Slow down and remember what’s most important for you at this time. Having too many intentions is often an unconscious contributor to burnout, failure or getting stuck in the mud. Stop and make a choice about what’s most important for you right now.

“Do I have some intentions that conflict with each other? If so, can I tell what they are?”

“Am I in the correct position for success?”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you out of balance. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of any societal or familial patterns that are affecting you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to trouble.

I decide to get grounded and follow the path that’s most beneficial to me.”

For most of us, the Year of the Earth Pig will be an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of extravagance or apathy so that we can evolve to create more sustainable systems for health, relationships and prosperity. 

You can use this opportunity to plant beneficial karmic seeds for those new systems and any other useful resources that you may need in the near or distant future.

Hexagram #60 LIMITATIONS 


Setting Limitations for Strong Boundaries ~

“Extravagant behavior and lack of restraint has you into a state of difficulty. If you are now feeling regret over this and not busy placing the blame elsewhere, you will avoid further mistakes.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

When people choose to blame others and you happen to be in their crossfires, you are liable to be dumped upon. This tendency is especially common among highly sensitive people.

In this context, when someone is being “dumped upon,” it means they are consciously or unconsciously taking on responsibility for other people’s feelings, karma, behavior, etc. This tendency is unfortunate and can cause great suffering for the “dumpee”. In contrast, it creates quite a bit of freedom for the “dumper”. In fact, a dumper is often feeling overwhelmed and is unconsciously looking for someone to dump upon to get relief. Unfortunately, some people do it on purpose to further their quest for power and control.

This is a form of power based on co-dependence, not integrity.

If you feel you are in such a situation and want to do something constructive to help yourself, you can go through this Transformation Game on Setting Limitations. Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while contemplating the questions or positive affirmations that go with them. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.

Begin By Gaging Your Willingness to Change:

If you’re willing to examine your personal habits and are setting LIMITATIONS for yourself that are healthy and life affirming, you can learn to avoid being a dumpee. To get started, ask yourself:

“Have I been willing to let other people dump on me? Have I allowed it to happen a lot in the past?” 

“Am I willing to stop this tendency in myself?”

If you have a tendency to be caught off guard by others, now is the time to set stronger LIMITATIONS. Ask your Self, “Am I currently experiencing situations where:

There’s a lot of incompetence or my  privacy is being disrespected?

People are  noncooperative, argumentative or easily offended?

There is poor health or breakups in friendship or family relations?”

If so, setting LIMITATIONS is definitely called for.

In cases such as these, forceful displays of power will absolutely backfire. Do nothing to confront people in regard to those particular situations and be very conservative with any investment of energy, time or money. Doing so would probably result in a nasty bout of dumping.

The best thing to do when dealing with the “dumper/dumpee” dynamic is to accept what’s happening and take care of yourself very sensibly. Be generous and kind to those you care about and trust, while you stay out of their business. Find new avenues of behavior that genuinely support your well-being.

In these situations, engaging in a co-dependent exchange of emotions will backfire. That’s because whenever you’re caught up in another person’s emotional turmoil, you’re in an excellent energetic position to be dumped upon.

To help yourself, gaze softly at this symbol and imagine that your karmic seeds for harmful or co-dependent habits are burning up.

“I purify my karmic tendency towards self-destruction. I now make a commitment to my higher good.”

“I release my tendency to buy into pity, self-pity, shame, guilt or blame.”

Release Fixations:

You may be experiencing shock that’s interfering with your ability to be clear about the true source of your weakened boundaries. Relax and use this affirmation to help you release whatever you’re fixated on.

“I let go of guilt trips, mind games or other fixations that cause me harm. “

“I let all rigid thoughts, memories and recurrent images soften and melt away.”

You can use this Circle like a telescope to help you find fixations in your mind and energy field. Once you find one, use the symbol to send a laser beam to break it apart or melt it like an iceberg in the Sun. There may be more than one.

Next, scan your body and energy field to do the same with any denser, hardened energies. You can even do it for the immediate space around you.

Go within and access what’s really important to you in this situation. Acknowledge any indulgences or obstacles that you create for yourself. It’s very difficult to change if you allow the truth to be blocked from your consciousness.

Setting Limitations On How You Contribute to the Problem:

Slow down and use this Circle to help you become aware of how you are approaching projects, plans, organizations and people that aren’t working in your best interest. If you let your thoughts slow down, you can begin to sense what is contributing to your problems. The very awareness of how you are tied into the problem reveals possible solutions.

“I slow down and pay attention… is there something about this situation that I’m missing and need to know?”

“I clarify my awareness of what I’m doing to contribute to the chaos.”

 

Dissolve any harmful thoughts or emotions that keep you ‘in the dark’. It might help to imagine those patterns like dark clouds that obstruct the light. See the darkness dissolve and dissipate into sunlight and clear blue skies.

Before you continue, seal and heal any holes that may have been hidden behind in the darkness. This positive affirmation works very well:

“All holes or leakages are sealed and healed.”

“I head in the direction of healthy protection.”

Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

“I understand the part I have played in this situation.”

 

In this lighter, clearer mind space, ask yourself:

“What makes sense to do next?” or “How can I best protect myself in this situation?”

Congratulations! You’ve taken an important first step towards protecting your Self from being dumped on. Taking the time now to understand how you have unknowingly contributed to your own suffering is truly a gift of self-love.

Extra-intuitive Activities

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can really help you prevent future suffering…

Note: At any point during the rest of this Transformation Game, you may need to go back to the Release Fixations section to look for and clear additional fixations. 

Start by Releasing Your Agreement to Continue Harming Yourself in Any Way:

Tell your neurological system that you are done with behavior that puts you in harm’s way. Include buying into conflicts, contradictions, obligations, “duty,” lies, trickery or someone else’s suffering.

“I release my agreement to ____________________________.”

Make a New Intention:

“I am _________________________.”

Reclaim Your Personal Power:

Affirm that you have the ability to change your behavior easily and effectively:

“I reclaim my power, attention and energy.”

Setting Limitations On Your Unconscious Attitudes and Intentions:

If you’re approaching situations with an attitude of “I’m going to fix this,” or “I’m supposed to change how this person is thinking / behaving,” you’re setting yourself up to fall into the dumper/dumpee trap. To avoid it, stay centered and focused on your own integrity.

I close the door in my mind that keeps me preoccupied with the insanity and faults of others. “

“I decide to focus on my Souls purpose and how I can follow through on my own best interests.”

“I close the door to the maze of self-doubt, chaos and confusion.”

“I now choose freedom and integrity.”

Setting Limitations On The Direction You’re Heading:

Going in too many directions keeps you in confusion and chaos. Use this Circle to help you establish a single internal direction that will guide you in your external actions. That will help you to get where you actually want to go!

“I let go of needing to please others. I now head in the direction of my Souls true purpose.”

Gaze at this Circle for several minutes until you feel confident that you’re heading in the direction of your highest good.

Setting Limitations on How You’re Using Your Energy:

Imagine that you can form strong, healthy boundaries with this affirmation:

“I set strong limitations that block shame, blame, frustration, jealousy, impatience, panic and _________.”

“I now access healthy nourishment and support for my Souls purpose.”

Put your feet on the floor and ground in the truth of who you really are.

 

Congratulations!

The fact that you have taken the time now to strengthen your boundaries and protect yourself from shame and blame will serve you well in the weeks and months to come.

Understanding How the Second Chakra is Involved in Creating Internal Safety ~

The Second Chakra Is Deeply Connected to how well we Nurture and protect ourselves.

Second Chakra - Creating Internal Safety

Primary Chakra LocationsThe Second Chakra is the energy plexus where emotions, digestion and immunity all come together. When it gets out of balance or entangled with toxic pollutants from all those sources, your physical, emotional and spiritual health can be impacted in a negative way.

Your 2nd chakra is located approximately 2-3 inches directly down from your navel.

When Creating Internal Safety, Keep in Mind ~

We Unconsciously Create Whatever We’ve Been Conditioned to Pay Attention To.

If you’re paying attention to negativity, what other people are doing or what you think they’re doing, you’re very liable to become depressed and develop a compromised immune system.

It’s common for empaths or other highly sensitive people to pay a lot of attention to other people in an effort to stay safe or get along. To develop healthy boundaries it helps to know that each of us has a unique vibration and “soul color” that allows us to vibrate with the Universe appropriately. Use the first Intuitive Learning Circle™ below to help you be sure that you’re tuning into your emotions and not someone elses!

Mind Body IntegrationTo fully integrate your personal vibration simply gaze softly at the Circle both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body while you affirm to yourself:

Creating Internal Safety is based on SOS Mind Exercise #8: Setting Up a Safe Space

Creating Internal Safety by Setting Up a Safe Space The environment in your second chakra is very important to your self-care and emotional healing. When it’s balanced and healthy, it transmits a vibrant orange energy that attracts belonging and support. It’s also your creative center, the place where you generate your personal mana or creative energy. If it gets stagnant or caught up in emotional entanglements, your physical, emotional and spiritual health could suffer. Instead of creating personal growth, you might get stuck in co-dependency or start creating toxic conditions for yourself without knowing why or what to do about it. If this sounds like something that you’ve been experiencing, you can do something about it.

In Creating Internal Safety, you’ll be utilizing your intuitive insight to implement very simple changes that can make a world of difference in how you’re creating internal safety in your personal space. You’ll discover that your intuition and unconscious mind are much more aware of whats going on than your conscious mind is!

Go through this mind exercise by reading each step and then gazing softly at the Circle that goes with it to gain insight about what creative changes you can make in your internal and/or external environment that will help you.


1. The goal of Creating Internal Safety is for you to get clarity about how well your personal space is supporting you and what you can do to make improvements. You might get insights about your body or your external environment. After all, they are connected.

First, take some time to slow down while you gaze softly at the Circle. Breathe in and out several times. Drop your shoulders. Relax your jaw.

 

Now that you’re relaxed, imagine you can see the space within your Second Chakra (remember, that’s located about 2″ below your navel).

Zoom in, like a camera. See or sense it moving in slow motion.

What do you notice? Go ahead and make notes about what you sense.

 

2. Gaze at this Circle and ask for help so that you can get more aware.

Is there anything in your personal space or immediate environment that could be triggering an unsettling reaction in you?

  • Is something missing? Is something present that shouldn’t be?
  • Is there toxic build up?
  • What else do you notice that doesn’t seem right?

 

3. Physical objects in your external space carry a lot of energy through them, especially if they have been gifted to you or are second hand pieces. These could be books, equipment, furniture, pictures and other objects of art. Are there any objects in your home or office that are having a negative effect on you? If so, can you identify them?

What would remedy the situation?

Does something need to be moved, rearranged, cleaned or removed completely? Can something be brought in to remedy the situation?

 

4. You could be preoccupied by things that cause you to be anxious. Let this Circle help you relax and answer these questions:

“Is there something I can let go of that will help ease the situation?”

“if so, what is it and where is it located?”

“Am I internalizing anything?”

“Is there anything else?”

 

4. What emotion is running through you? Is it throwing you off balance?

If so, are you experiencing any emotional compulsions, obsessions or phobias?

 

6. Is there anything else that’s irritating you?

Identify it if you can.

What will remedy the situation?

Does something need to be moved, cleaned, cleared or rearranged? Does anything need to be removed completely?

Is there anything else?

 

7. Is there anything that you could bring into your space or your diet that would help you be happier or more creative?

Would anything increase your good health or emotional stability?

Could anything be done to increase your sense of safety?

What might you add that would bring more beauty into your space?

Congratulations! You can finish Creating Internal Safety by closing the door to any old pathways to suffering. Then remind yourself that your personal space belongs to you. How you take care of it has a profound effect on the rest of your life!

Navigate Your Karma: Understanding How the Root Cause is the Answer to Resolution ~ with Rheanni Lightwater

Your Root Chakra Is Deeply Connected to Personal and Collective Karma that Influences your Physical Conditions.

Root Chakra - Navigate Your Karma

Being human at this time and on this planet is your karma (as well as mine) and we share that karma collectively.

The best explanation of karma is simply the physical and spiritual law of cause and effect. “For every action, there is a reaction.” “What I put out comes back to me.”

Whenever you have a thought, decide to follow through on it and then take action, you have created karma. As far as the cosmos is concerned, there is no judgement about it or suffering assigned to it, only consequences. In other words, there will be some kind of effect to things that are put into motion.

Let’s use the example of your birth. Certain thoughts, decisions and actions that your grandparents took caused them to create the circumstances under which your parents conceived you. You incarnated! Your karmic seeds for being a human have ripened! That goes for me too, both good and bad, or as I like to put it – preferred and unpreferred.

The reason I like this distinction is because situations are neutral and often times the unpreferred situations actually help us to learn and propel us further on our spiritual journey. 

For example, we may not like what we perceive in the current collective events of society. Yet the chaos may be extremely valuable for us to experience as it assists us in understanding how we can create more preferred social structures and live together more peacefully.

There is always a mixture of preferred and unpreferred karma. It’s never all bad or all good. Even the terms “good” and “bad” are only relevant to your goals and point of view. You may say that your job situation is bad karma, yet to another person, having any job at all could be seen as good karma to them. Their perspective makes all the difference.

By the same token, you may see that new car as good karma today and tomorrow you get into a bad accident by driving too fast in it. Is it “good”, “bad”, a punishment? No, simply the natural consequences of actions you’ve taken. However, if you decide that it’s a punishment and then you act on that decision, you are technically creating the karma for “punishment.” The cosmos is neutral, but you have condemned yourself.

If you then decide to deny your responsibility for your part in that accident and continue to lie to yourself about it, a karmic pattern begins to form. Denial only plants the karmic seeds for more denial and lies which then leads to punishment, then more denial, which then creates more lies… and so it goes – on and on and on. In Buddhism, it’s called samsara – the cycle of suffering.

How To Navigate Out of An Unpreferred Karmic Pattern

Of course, the answer is to come clean with it. Be open to new thoughts, make a different decision and then take action on it.

Sounds simple, yet so very difficult. After all, there are those pesky consequences to consider!

Here’s what I do, and it seems to work pretty well. I offer it up for your consideration:

  1. I become open to new thoughts about hope and forgiving myself.
  2. I gather my courage and awareness to make a new decision based on what I would now prefer to experience.
  3. I take action on steps 1 and 2.

Let’s Walk Through It Via a Mind Exercise Using the Intuitive Learning Circles™

It helps to make an agreement to live with the truth and accept the facts as you navigate your karma. You can use this Circle and the affirmation together to help you establish a truthful intention:

“I agree to use truth to help me navigate through the root causes of my suffering.”

“I decide to be open to new thoughts about connecting with truth, hope and courage.”

“I forgive myself.”

“I accept the responsibility for following through on my true heart’s desire.”

So, What’s Next?

Take Personal Responsibility ~

Once karma has manifested, what we choose to do with it is what matters the most. When you navigate your karma in a responsible and proactive way, it has a positive effect on you and everyone around you whether they are aware of it or not. Sticking your head in the sand or focusing on the negative also has an effect.

While gazing softly at this Circle, ask yourself: What choices are you making about being human at this time and on this planet?

If you don’t like the answer(s) that come back to you, are you beating up on yourself? Instead, try deciding to forgive yourself for your unpreferred reactions or beliefs and take away the venom of self-punishment.

“I decide to forgive myself, unconditionally.”

Self-forgiveness is the key to stopping the cycle of negative karma effects!

Are there other choices you could make that might create a more preferred outcome? Remember that making no choice is still a choice.

 

That also means taking responsibility for your part in a situation and refraining from taking on other people’s karma. When we take on more responsibility than what is truly ours, we are actually creating more disharmony, more entanglements and planting more ‘unpreferred’ causes or seeds of karma.

In your current situation, are you taking on karma that isn’t really yours?

 

To help set it right, strengthen the unique vibration and signature of your Soul. Your soul vibration is like your fingerprint, completely unique to you! When your personal vibration is strong, it helps you to keep healthy boundaries and deflect any energy that is not yours.

Use this Circle and positive affirmations to seal leaks in your personal energy field.

“I close the doors on entanglements and energy that is not mine. I decide to have good boundaries.”

Once you have that, great! What’s next after that?

Notice Where Your Attention Is – Problems or Solutions?

What you pay attention to is what you feed – so, what are you feeding? It’s an important consideration, even if that attention is unconscious – especially if that attention is unconscious! As you gaze at the Circle, ask:

“Where is my attention and what kind of karma am I feeding for my future and the future of the planet and the children that I love?”

Does that feel preferred or unpreferred?

If it feels unpreferred, what kind of karma would you like to feed instead?

Use the Circle to refocus on your true heart’s desire. See if you can get a visual or a sense, even a movement that feels true.

Make a note of what comes to you, because the ego likes to forget what the soul truly desires.

 

Next ~

Develop helpful qualities that will help you navigate your karma.

In my experience, forgiveness for yourself is key to being able to turn an unpreferred karmic situation around. If you put forgiveness out, that is what the Universe will send back. When you plant karmic seeds of forgiveness for yourself, they become the cause for future forgiveness returning to you. Other qualities that are particularly helpful for the same reason are:

  • Simplicity and kindness
  • Willingness and courage to face the truth and find solutions
  • Commitment to follow through on your true heart’s desires
  • Compassion for yourself and others
  • Gratitude and appreciation.

If you like, you can plant the seeds for these qualities in your mind. Use the Circle to imagine the seeds being planted now.

What other karmic seeds would you like to plant now? Here are some suggestions:

  • Healthy Nourishment
  • Sustainable Prosperity
  • Personal Responsibility
  • Blessings and Good Fortune.

When you navigate your karma, you’re really changing your mindset and perception of what’s possible.

Let this Circle help you notice what’s changed for you, if anything. What are you paying attention to now?

If it feels unpreferred, what would you like to pay attention to instead?

 

 

So, how do we finish this process?

Clear a space for preferred root causes to take hold within the Self.

Your chakras are part of how you use your energy to manifest your goals and your root energy provides a foundation for your basic needs. You can actually program your root chakra to function in alignment with your new mindset and solutions.

Use this Circle that taps into your root chakra to clear the energy there. It helps to imagine your Root Chakra as a brilliant, red vibration swirling in a clockwise direction at the bottom of your pelvis. It may feel stuck, reversed or clogged. Don’t worry! You can move it with your intention and attention! Feel free to move at any time in any way to help you embody your experience. Take all the time you need to do that.

Once that’s complete, place your heart’s desire in the center open space of the Circle. Visualize all your new preferred decisions and karmic seeds connecting up with each other in a strong, harmonious and life affirming way.

 

Congratulations! You have made a decision to navigate your karma by living with the truth and accepting the facts. Be sure to close the door on old channels of pain, suffering and karmic entanglements.

“All holes are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

You are now in a much better position to navigate your karma from unpreferred to preferred!
