Sometimes the reason we’re experiencing emotional conflict is because we’re being dragged into unhealthy patterns from the past. These could be societal expectations, a family pattern or it could be an unhealthy, entangled relationship you have with an individual.

The I Ching says about CONFLICT:

“You may be facing a major disillusionment in your life as you begin to realize that what you believed to be a universal truth is only your subjective view of the situation. You will have to reconsider your premise more realistically. The need for an inner adjustment yielding a more harmonious outlook is indicated.” ~ Hexagram #6 CONFLICT, The I Ching Workbook, R. L Wing

 

To find out if that’s happening, gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circle™ and ask yourself:

“Am I tangled up with someone else’s belief or desire?”

“Is that entanglement pulling me into the Old Paradigm of greed and inequality?”

“Is it dragging me into an unhealthy trajectory that isn’t my Soul’s path?”

If the answer you get is”no,” that’s great! Your Soul is in charge and you’re staying grounded in the New Paradigm of equality, personal responsibility and sustainable prosperity.

However, if the answer you get is “yes,” “maybe,” or “sometimes,” you may be losing your footing, or even worse, weakening your connection with your Soul! What can you do?

1. Get Yourself Into the Best Position To Clear Your Emotional Conflict.

You could be having trouble with your Third Chakra, located at the solar plexus (in the front where your ribs go up). Your Psyche or Essential Self resides most effectively in that location.

Take a minute or so to gaze softly at the Reiki Chakra Key for chakra healing so that your Essential Self can access its power effectively.

The existence of the Essential Self is discussed in many cultures and disciplines. Other names would be your Inner Child, the Authentic Self, the Golden Child or the Basic Self.
Regardless of what it’s called, you can think of it as your “I am,” or your true essence.

2. Identify Mistaken Ideas That Can Cause Emotional Conflict.

Now that you’ve got your positioning right, let’s see if we can find out exactly what’s causing problems for you right now.  Gaze softly at the Circle below, and imagine you’re looking at yourself in a mirror. Ask yourself these questions:
“What is the biggest challenge I’m facing right now?”
“What are the voices from my critical mind saying about it? Is that the truth?”


“How do I see myself in this situation? Is this an accurate reflection of what is really happening?”
“Am I buying into a mistaken idea that’s interfering with my truth or ability to succeed?”

3. Get Specifics About This Particular Emotional Conflict.

Ask yourself if your energy is actually tangled up with someone around this issue.

Are harmful or controlling thoughts being directed towards you? Are you giving yourself a hard time with negative self-talk?

If so, can you tell what the nature of those thoughts might be?

Is this conflict affecting your health and/or safety?

If so, can you tell in what way?

4. Make a Decision to Detach From Harmful Influences.

If the answers you get are distressing to you, it’s time for your Soul to reclaim your personal authority and detach from the conflict. Note – Once you’ve detached, the conflict may still be there, but you’ll be relating to it differently.

Relax and use this sequence of symbols and positive affirmations to help you detach…

“I decide to detach from past resentments and the conflicts they create – in the past, now and in the future.”

 

“I let go of the confusion around this conflict. I now choose thoughts that support my freedom and happiness.”

 

“I let go of the poison and negativity that surrounds me and take responsibility for my own happiness.”

 

“I decide that my Soul is now in charge. I let go of mistaken ideas, shame, coercion, blame, guilt and punishment. I let go of the desire to take things personally or waste my energy on emotional conflicts.”

“I learn from past mistakes and they are forgiven.”

 

 

“I reclaim my connection with my Soul.”

“My Soul is in charge of detaching from and clearing away false or harmful influences.”

“I follow the guidance and integrity of my Soul.”

5. Dissolve Destructive Mental and Emotional Patterns:

Imagine all those emotional conflicts and the ways you get caught up in them are like a huge storm cloud trying to surround and engulf you. This symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints will help your Soul clear the negative pattern. All you have to do is breathe and have the following intention as you gaze softly at the image:

“I dissolve all the patterns of this emotional conflict and any ways that I attach to them.”

“I dissolve shame, blame, falsehood, entrapment, gullibility, guilt and ____________.”

Simply see the cloud dissolving or send it to the Sun until you can see yourself standing in the middle of your own personal garden, filled with beauty and brightly colored flowers.

6. Reclaim Balance:

“I bring myself back into balance. Both feet are firmly on the ground.”

7. Make a Course Correction:

Imagine that your Soul is opening your Heart center and connecting with it. Feel the light within you getting stronger and allow your Soul to make the necessary changes. This is your garden. Your way. The way that your heart is guided to create – free of this emotional conflict.

Next, take a deep breath and relax your body. Allow your Soul to download its resources – its wisdom and awareness for creating your highest good:

“I am filled with the wisdom of my spirit.”

Take note of where you feel this new awareness moving through your body. Allow yourself to enjoy it.

8. Say Good-bye to Old Pathways of Conflicts.

Before you go – close the doors to all that suffering so you don’t keep recycling finished business!

Use these positive affirmations to help you:

“I seal and heal all pathways that lead back to conflicts, punishments and suffering.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Congratulations!

Now is a good time to get out into nature. Go for a walk or do something you enjoy. The time you take for yourself now will help you move beyond emotional conflict and into fully embodied action.

Begin by allowing this Reiki Chakra Key to provide chakra healing to your heart center. It can help to put both feet flat on the floor and place your hands on your heart with this first symbol. Simply gaze softly at the images while you contemplate the positive affirmations that go with them for several minutes. Relax and breathe. Here’s some suggestions:

Imagine that you can bring healing and release into all parts of your body, mind and spirit while you continue to breathe and gaze softly at this next symbol.

What do you think is the main difficulty or burden you’re dealing with right now?
Are you ready to let go of that burden and find a solution?

Step Four – Release

Where are you holding tension?

You can release the tension around anything that’s bothering you right now. Your shoulders are dropped. Your jaw is relaxed. Keep melting the tension until it’s all gone.

 

Step Five- Remove Your Burdens

Imagine that you can send all of those burdens to where ever they need to go to resolve themselves. Feel the heaviness lifting up and off of you.

You have done the best that you can under the circumstances.

 

Step Six – Rebalance

Breathe again.
Feel a calmness coming over you.
You feel calmer and calmer with every breath.

 

Step Seven – Cleansing

Send away any illness or pain that you’re experiencing. Send it to the Sun or wherever it needs to go to heal.

 

Step Eight – Faith

Fill yourself with strength and the knowledge that you are loved. Let yourself rest now.

You might feel tired or sad. That’s okay. It means that you’re feeling safe enough to really let go and rest.

Some people have gotten a lot of extra support out of going through this self-care for grief exercise every day for twenty-one days. It helps to retrain your mind to think more positively and keep you on track toward your full recovery.

Welcome to our Transformation Game about Tarot Card # 15 – The Devil and his little brother – The Cynic.

According to Webster’s Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, a cynic is “A faultfinding captious critic; especially one who believes that human conduct is motivated wholly by self-interest.”

Stephen Colbert describes it even better when he says, “Cynicism masquerades as wisdom, but it is the furthest thing from it. Because cynics don’t learn anything. Because cynicism is a self-imposed blindness, a rejection of the world because we are afraid it will hurt us or disappoint us. Cynics always say no. But saying “yes” begins things. Saying ‘yes’ is how things grow. Saying ‘yes’ leads to knowledge.” 

Indeed, the role of the cynic in American culture has been considered a wise and time honored tradition. Yet, there is very little that’s wise or honorable about feeding beliefs that keep people small with one’s energy or attention. 

How Can We Let Go of the Cynic?

Sadly, the Cynic tries to block help even if it would really do him some good.

Gaze softly at the Circle below and imagine you can detach yourself from any collective, societal beliefs that being cynical is a desirable way to connect with anyone… with yourself, a mate, a business associate or anyone you know.

Release your agreement to block or reject things that are helpful.

In your mind, you can see those old agreements like piles of legal contracts burning up into ashes.

“I release agreements to buy into what others say about me.”

“I burn up negative self-talk about my worth, my efforts, my appearance or my abilities.”

“I release agreements that negate _________.”

“I stop tripping over my own self-hate. I release the chains that bind me.”

It may take a while to burn all that cynical conditioning up! But once it’s clear, make some new agreements with yourself that honor your potential and humanity:

“My new agreement is to be open to things that are truly helpful.”

I now tap into my true source of power and self-worth.”

“I respect my Soul and its purpose.”

“I lift my spirit to fulfill my true potential.”

Take time to REPAIR that blind spot!

Everyone has a “blind spot.” For some reason, we’ve been conditioned to turn a blind eye to something right around us. However, The Cynic actually functions out of a blind spot. You may want to see if you can remedy some of that by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance all of my senses.”

“I REPAIR my blind spot and see things as they really are.”

“I use my senses to become aware of the very best my situation has to offer.”

“I can clearly sense what will help me to _______________.”

What kinds of help have you been saying “no” to?

ProtectionIs there anyone who has recently offered you something that you immediately blocked or said “no” to without seriously considering it?

Have you recently poo-pooed one of your own ideas?

In each of those cases, did the “no” come from your Soul? A cynical place…? or somewhere else?

Is a message from your Soul being blocked by The Cynic?

The Cynic is not our friend!

In this case, delusions are the cause of our suffering – not other people or things. I’ve heard it said that cynicism is the father of disappointment and despair, so let’s release the beliefs that create disappointment or despair in ourselves or anyone else.

Gaze softly at the circle to your right and imagine you can close the door on any collective, societal agreement to feed these common cynical beliefs:

“People are stupid.”
“People have bad taste.”
“People want to be lied to.”
“People don’t want to get better.”
“People are basically dishonest.”
“People don’t care.”
“People are not to be trusted.”
“People are ______________.”

It is true that some people are behaving in these ways, yet to declare that it comes from the essence of their being feeds the Cynic, not our Souls! Plus, it does nothing to move us forward as a culture.

Correct the emotional ingredients you’re using to create with.

So, let’s turn those sour grapes into fine wine by transforming disappointment and resentment into dignity and self-worth! This quick series of charts from The Essential Human will change the ingredients we’re drawing from the “field of potential”:

“I let go of being overwhelmed by others. I now reclaim the will to be tolerant and respectful.”

“I close the door on  my obsession with the negative. I now choose live with satisfaction and optimism.”

“I close the door on lies and deception. I now perceive clearly by shining light on the truth.”

“I close the door on disappointment and frustration. I now accept healthy nourishment that supports me.”

“I shut the door on past resentments. I now hold hope in my heart to heal me in the present.”

Clear the habitual mental and emotional blueprints ~

We all have family patterns and social conditioning that contribute to the tendency to be cynical. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify them in your unconscious mind and clear them out. Just imagine the harmful thoughts, emotions and attitudes are like dark clouds, dissolving away or disappearing into the Sun.

Keep dissolving them until you can see yourself standing in a beautiful field with a blue sky overhead!

Shut the door on all that pain and suffering and head in the direction of Self-worth!

Now that you’ve learned some of what’s involved with The Cynic, be certain to close the door on all openings or pathways that might lead you back to what you’ve just cleared. Use this affirmation with the Circle to help you:

“I close the doors and seal the leaks – as if they were never there.”

“I head in the direction of healthy protection.”

Congratulations! You have just let go of the cynic and dealt with one of the biggest bullies in our culture. Go out and celebrate by doing something really nice for yourself!

Suggested Feng Shui input to counter-act the energy of The Cynic in your space:
By input, I’m talking about the information (data, art, movies, music, objects, color, elements) that you expose yourself to or surround yourself with.
When you surround yourself with genuinely uplifting input, it will produce a sensory response within you that can make all the difference in your motivation.

  • If you happen to have any objects – perhaps coffee cups or clever posters, badges or refrigerator art that displays the cynical mind at work, take them down and replace them with images that inspire and uplift your true nature.
  • Look back at the tastes that you had as a child. Consider playing the kind of music you really enjoyed or re-read your favorite adventure story. Your psyche will respond very positively to any input that you loved early on in life.
  • If you have had a feng shui or space clearing session done on your home, your environment is already set up to give you support and positive input. If you’ve never tried feng shui, try re-arranging twelve items (objects, knick-knacks, furniture, artwork, etc) in your home or office that increase your sense of self-worth (you can also go through this Feng Shui Game if you like).

Untangling Family Relationship Issues

Mind Exercise: Clearing Emotional Entanglements from Family Relationship Issues

Family Relationship IssuesEmotional entanglements established early in life out of family relationship issues can be very stubborn and you may feel powerless.

Sometimes there’s so much going on the dynamics of a person’s childhood, it seems impossible to let go of all the conditioning and allow something different to happen in adult life. 

There is a way through to free yourself and get some relief using the Intuitive Learning Circles™ and positive affirmations with your imagination.


Step One: Think about the relationship issues in your life that just don’t ever seem to get better. They could be relationships in love, friendship, business, or just about anything! Use this Circle to help you visualize the nature of the issues from a larger perspective.

How would you describe your experience? You might want to quickly journal your answer so that you can express it later through writing, art, music, movement or sharing your story with others.

 

Step Two: When dealing with emotional pain, breathing always helps. Gaze softly at the Circle and breathe in on the count of three. One…two…three.
Exhale to the count of six. One…two…three…four…five…six.
Do this as many times as you like. Breathing in and letting go. 

Imagine that the pain around the relationship issues you’re dealing with is like a huge iceberg. Visualize it melting, moving and breaking apart until your energy relaxes. Feel free to move at any time in any way to help you embody your experience. Continue until you feel a palpable release of tension.

Use this Circle to help you clear away any debris or garbage that’s leftover once the ice has melted. You can imagine a broom just sweeping it all away to the Sun!

 

Step Three: In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the second level needs are safety oriented. They include protection from the elements, security, order, law, stability and freedom from fear. Family relationship issues often involve these needs. Second level needs are primarily processed through the 2nd Chakra (located approximately 2 – 3 inches down from your navel).

Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself: “Are these relationship issues having a negative affect on my safety and security needs? Are they causing a problem in any of my current relationships? Is my Second Chakra holding some of that energy?” 

Am I having difficulty accessing information, connection or trust? Do I need chakra healing here? if so, what would help me to bring my 2nd Chakra in balance?

 

Step Four: Now we’re going to clear some emotional entanglements around this situation. Meditate on the Circle below and imagine that you’re on your path, looking to create satisfying relationships, yet for some reason, you can’t see your way. Perhaps the path is blank, crowded or dark or has you feeling anxious and unsafe. Maybe it’s filled with junk, obstructions or debris. How frustrating it is to feel like this when you would really like to have things be different for you now!

Ask yourself, “How can I clear this path?” Gather up unconscious information.

 

 

The Essential HumanStep Five: Let’s suppose that by going through the following sequence of symbols from The Essential Human, you’ll be able clear up the path and see what you need to do to help yourself.

 

Look at this symbol for a few moments and imagine that you’re untangling a messy string of lights that would light up your way. Stay with it until the lights are all straightened out and ready to be hung.

 

 

Imagine that you’re in a playground with dozens of little children fighting and bullying each other. As you look at this symbol, imagine that you’re ringing a bell or blowing a horn. As if awakened from a nightmare, the children change their demeanor. Some start to play quietly with each other. Some leave entirely and some of them come up to you and begin playing nicely.

 

Imagine that you’re now at a garden party where lots of couples are dancing.  Suddenly, the center of the garden is filled with a pile of wriggling snakes, ruining everyone’s time! Use the symbol and ring the bell again. You can see the snakes disappearing into thin air. If there are any holes, see them close completely. Life has returned to the party!

 

Now imagine that this symbol represents the denial or resistance around your family’s relationship issues.  Use this affirmation to clear up the resistance:

“I close the door on all false information. I now perceive the truth about me.”

 

Look at the Circle and ask your heart, “Am I present and in my own space? Or am I somewhere else?

Consciously decide to be present, in your own body, your own space, using your own energy.

 

Look at this Circle and ask yourself, “Am I accessing my own karma or someone else’s to create relationships? Has someone dumped their karma on me? Is someone accessing my karma without my permission?”

Affirm to yourself: “I decide to use only my karma to create my relationships. I naturally deflect other people’s karma and return it to them. I am in charge of how my karma is used.”

“Since I don’t know how this suffering came to be, I forgive all transgressions.”

 

Step Six: Now that you’ve cleared some major entanglements, bring your senses into balance. Some may be turned up too high or some too low. 

“I see things as they really are.”

Imagine the pathway for creating your satisfying relationships again. How has it changed? Is it clearer? Does it feel better? More real?

 

Step Seven: Put it all together now. What do you need to do differently in your life to create the relationships you really want?

 

Check in with your Second Chakra again for a minute or so. Ask yourself: “Is the original relationship issue still having a negative affect on my safety and security needs? Is my Second Chakra holding energy from that situation now?”

Does my chakra need balancing now? Do I need Epigenetic Healing from Divine Nature Activated? What else might help me?

Make an agreement with yourself to follow through on the information you’ve gained through this exercise. Then close the door on all pathways that might lead you back to suffering.

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

This particular reading from the I Ching text serves as a reminder that when INNOCENCE is out of balance, it distorts into criticism, blame and harsh judgement. Compare this idea to the New Testament story about Jesus who steps forward to prevent a public stoning, ‘let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.’

When the channel for INNOCENCE is deeply traumatized, guilt takes form in its place. Things get communicated through the filter of guilt, which naturally spawns an environment ripe with injustice, ulterior motives, manipulation, coercion, and of course, more guilt. In extreme, a person or group may lack any kind of conscience, setting the stage for socio and psychopathic behavior to flourish. Luckily, most babies are born with INNOCENCE. However for many, the channel gets diffused, distorted, hardened or deeply traumatized by early childhood experiences. This Transformation Game is here to help you repair that channel.

Transformation Game: Open to Innocence

Start with this image that imprints the Virtue of INNOCENCE in your psyche and unconscious mind. Relax your shoulders. Take a few breaths and gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate the 2nd changing line from Hexagram #25:

“Do not dream about the results of your work or the attainment of your goal. Instead, take action for its own sake and devote your full attention to what you are now doing. Only in this way can you achieve your aim.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

All Virtues are communications or channels of light that come through the Soul. Therefore, having an open heart is the first priority.

Use this Reiki Chakra Key to help you relax and open your Heart Center to the channel of INNOCENCE.

Take all the time you need to get comfortable and feel a positive resonance between the two symbols.

Your Psyche or Essential Self resides  most effectively in your Solar Plexus Chakra, the area in front where your ribs go up.

The existence of the Essential Self is discussed in many cultures and disciplines. Other names would be your Inner Child, the Authentic Self, the Golden Child or the Basic Self. Regardless of what it’s called, you can think of it as your “I am,” your true essence and direct connection with the rest of the cosmos through your Higher Self. Use the Reiki Chakra Key #3 to bring it into balance and then open to INNOCENCE once you’re ready…

If you’re having trouble letting this happen, use #32 from Gifts from the Rainforest to imagine any unwelcome resistance or rigidity melting – like an iceberg – melting away under the heat of the Sun.

“I am open to INNOCENCE. I melt away the harsh thoughts, judgements and distortions that block this Channel of Light.”

Whenever shock or fixations get cleared, it’s advisable to make sure that your senses are intact and focused on your true intention.

The Rational Thought Chakras help you to correctly perceive who you are and the world around you. They involve your five senses and are located at each ear, the eyes, the nose, the mouth and the middle of our lower back, two inches above the sacrum.

The question here is, “am I perceiving the world according to my personal ego, or my Soul?”

Aligning with your Soul begins with a decision.

“I decide to clear away the delusions and see things as they really are.”

Use this symbol to help you uncover and release harmful decisions you may have made about yourself a long time ago. Some examples could be:

~ I’m a bad person.

~ I don’t deserve good things.

~ I’m not okay.

~ There’s something wrong with me.

Are there other decisions you’ve made about yourself that are holding you back now? Perhaps it’s time to let them go too, so you can decide to reconnect with your Soul and be open to innocence!

 

Allow Your Throat Chakra to connect and resonate with INNOCENCE as well…

The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’. Many people have difficulty with this energy center. When the throat chakra is openly resonating with INNOCENCE, your word becomes much more empowered.

Try it out using this positive affirmation: “I stop using my voice to criticize myself. I am free of guilt, blame and false judgement. I forgive myself.”

Remember to scroll up and use #32 again if the energy feels stuck.

Congratulations! You have just become more open to INNOCENCE by integrating it throughout your Central Plexus with chakra healing.

Closure for Mind Body Healing

Give yourself a day or two to let this settle. Then, If you’d like and feel up to it, there are additional steps you can take to help you open the channel further. 


Use this Soul Contract Circle to identify and release conditioning from your early childhood or upbringing that contributes to encourages you to operate out of guilt, rather than innocence. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. It can be helpful to imagine the agreements being pulled from the ground as you go through this process.

“I uproot any conditioning I have to be hard on myself, judgmental, or operate out of guilt.”

Clear your inner garden of any noxious weeds that are interfering with your ability to react spontaneously out of INNOCENCE

Going through this process will help you draw on the kinds of spiritual / emotional ingredients that will support your experience with INNOCENCE.

** Using symbols from Divine Nature Activated will help you release negative conditioning for an ancestral epigenetic healing. Choose between 1 – 73 to activate INNOCENCE. It will probably take more than one. With each new symbol, imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is replacing it – healing and filling up with light.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe while you affirm your intention:

“I let go of family and societal patterns of guilt. I am empowered to access INNOCENCE.”

Choose numbers between 1 and 73 from Divine Nature Activated to fully activate this Virtue.

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of  any personal, societal or familial patterns that are still affecting you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve the destructive energy of confusion, chaos and negativity.”

“I erase patterns of blame, shame, criticism and harsh judgement.”

I dissolve the filter of guilt. I send the seeds of guilt and blame to the Sun to be transformed.

 

Once the patterns are cleared, give your heart and Soul some relief through closure.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

How To Do the Right Thing in Relationships

Do you ever have the feeling that you’re about to say or do something that you’ll regret? If you could do the right thing, what would it be?

Do the Right ThingIn any kind of close relationship, there’s often a false perception that the other person somehow understands what our motivations are – that they know what we really mean, even if we’re angry. Perhaps because we feel so close to them, we make a lot of assumptions. That can be a very dangerous game!

 

Help Me Do The Right Thing!

Note: This exercise is associated with the I Ching Hexagrams #6 CONFLICT, #38 CONTRADICTION and #43 RESOLUTION:

You can help yourself find emotional healing by taking this quick relationship quiz. The person you’re struggling with may not know how to interact with you because of mixed messages or unresolved issues from your past. By taking the time to go within and find out what part you’re playing in the game, you can understand what’s motivating you so you can do the right thing to resolve the situation. Remember, actions speak louder than words!

The way to play this game is to relax and breathe deeply while you meditate on the questions and suggestions that accompany the Circles. This first one will help you to slow down and let yourself focus on one thing at a time.

“I slow down and relax.”

 

Once you’re relaxed, go through the rest of the quiz in the same way – asking yourself the questions while you gaze softly at the accompanying Circle. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter.

“What do I want to do?” 

“Have I decided for some reason that it’s not possible? Is that true?”

 

“What things have I been saying to myself or others about this situation? Is that really true? What do I really mean?”

 

“How am I getting thrown off?”

Is there an obsession or compulsion involved?

 

“What am I afraid will happen?”

Relax for a few minutes and let the Circle help you calm down.

 

“What do I need to do for this to change for the better?”

 

“Am I willing to do what would be required for this to change in a positive, meaningful way?”

Miracles - Channels of Love

If you are willing, ask for help from your Soul resources or angelic guidance.

If you’re not, this is a good opportunity to explore what’s really motivating you.

 

Imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or grudges that are keeping this CONFLICT going. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness.

“I let go of contradictions, compulsions, obsessions or taking things personally.”

Make a new agreement to take good care of yourself by using your words wisely and to stay objective.

It’s time to bring RESOLUTION to the destructive mental and emotional CONTRADICTIONS that feed the CONFLICT. Use this symbol to dissolve destructive blueprints that are causing you harm. Visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into a pure, blue sky.

Next, seal and heal any leaks or attachments that may lead you back into CONFLICT.

“All holes are sealed and healed. All pathways that lead to CONTRADICTIONS are closing. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Finally, make a RESOLUTION to overcome your difficulties by making progress in a unified and productive direction. Take your time and gently formulate a positive affirmation about how you can do the right thing in a way that will really benefit you.

What interested beginning Reiki students should know…

I Ching Transformation Game - Nourishing

Did you know that your body knows a lot about what it needs and how well you’re nourishing yourself?

Section One: Physical and Emotional Nourishment

For example, your second chakra is deeply connected to your emotions, your digestion and immunity. It has a lot of information about how you’re NOURISHING yourself on these levels and what you could do to improve – as long as you’re present and willing to pay attention! It’s just that for some reason, the information is being blocked from your conscious awareness and you can’t hear what your body is trying to tell you. Take a moment and relax with this Reiki Chakra Key for your Second Chakra to help you tune in and listen. Use the affirmation if it helps or come up with one of your own.

“I allow free flowing energy in my Second Chakra.”

“I tune into how I am taking care of myself.”

There are several ways that the Second Chakra can get blocked. One is inappropriate nourishment. Perhaps you’re eating the wrong foods for you at this time or you’re over-exposed to toxic environments, chemicals or even people!

You might also be over indulging in something that is generally good for you when taken in moderate amounts.

To better determine if something like that is happening with you, experiment with one of our Intuitive Learning Circles™ for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important.

“I slow down and focus on what I need.”

Evaluate How You Are Nourishing Yourself.

Now that you’re present and focused, you can get some accurate information about how to nourish yourself. If you follow the directions, you can get all kinds of answers that could really help you out. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions. Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your body and be receptive to the answers that come.

Use a scale of “One “to “Ten”:

How am I nourishing myself nutritionally? Am I taking in too much of something? Is there something I’m not getting enough of?

How about emotionally?

What about nourishing my spiritual Self?

Am I giving myself adequate mental nourishment?

How well am I taking care of my body’s needs for exercise, rest, fresh air?

Am I missing anything?

What could I really use?

Congratulations! In this first section we wanted to clear things up enough for you to get a general picture of how you’re nourishing yourself. In the next section we’re going to take a look at how some of your projects are nourishing you!


 Section Two: Nourishing Yourself with Healthy, Supportive Projects

There’s another chakra that taps into the wisdom of your Soul called the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, your mind can communicate meaningful insights to you:

“My mind is connected and balanced.”

“I receive meaningful information about ____________.”

“My mind helps me to find appropriate nourishment from joyful, supportive projects.”

Think about a project you’re currently involved in that concerns you. Perhaps there’s a great deal of emotional drama involved with it or the environment may be troubling for you in some way. See if this next Circle can help you gather up your impressions about the situation and bring your concerns into a clearer awareness.

What emotions do you pick up? What do you notice about the environment around your project?

Is there anything else that might interfere with how well you are nourishing yourself?

Is there anything you’re making up about yourself or the situation that needs to change?

Imagine that this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be causing harm. You might see them as a dark cloud dissolving into the pure light of the Sun.

Now it’s time to close the door on all that toxicity and move in the direction of nourishing yourself appropriately.

Gateway to Peace

Welcome to our self-care formula for emotional healing and stress – It’s time to open a Gateway to Peace.

This Mind Exercise was created to help you change your point of view and how you’re using your energy, so that you can more easily experience peace. Going through this simple, step by step process will help you, especially when everyone around you is intense and emotionally charged up! 

Consider using it before going to bed, to start your day in a peaceful frame of mind, or whenever you feel pressed in by people and need a time out.

All you have to do is read each step and then follow through on its instructions while you gaze softly at each Intuitive Learning Circle™.

An important note ~ 

mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.


1. Think of an intention or goal that’s important to you, yet always seems to end up in some kind of struggle or frustration.

Example: staying positive while on Facebook or other environment. 

Once you have it, gaze softly at the Circle and see if you can place your intention in the center, open space. Imagine that helpful energy is streaming down each of the lines towards your goal.

 

2. What are some of the negative thoughts and emotions that come up for you when you think about your intention?

 

3. Release any agreement you have with the idea that struggling, blaming or complaining will help you to achieve your goal.

Are there other agreements you’d like to let go of?

“I’d like to change my point of view about ____________.”

“I want to disengage from _____________.”

“I stop fixating on the problems and go for solutions instead.”

 

4. Use this affirmation to help you clear out any negative energy from your Root Chakra.

“I clear struggle, hardship and  _________ from the foundation of how I use my energy.”

“Instead I choose to be lively, protected, energized and ___________.”

 

5. Let this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints help you to let go of your negative thoughts and emotions.

Imagine that pressure, interference, accusations, complaints and struggles are all like black clouds in the sky and that you can dissolve them completely. Dissolve your attachment to them.

Keep breathing deeply until the sky is completely clear.

6. Now, bring your attention to the energy center of your heart. Get connected and let a positive light radiate out.

Once you’re ready, imagine a gateway that leads to a garden of peace filled with the beauty of nature and pure sunlight. Allow the light to grow stronger and brighter.

“I am at peace with _______________.”

 

7. Give yourself permission to open up the gate and enter your own garden of peace.

Go ahead. Open the gateway to peace in your heart and step in. Imagine the helpful energy pouring into the center of the Circle again. Imagine you’re surrounded by a ring of courage and determination.

What do you notice? What does it feel like?

 

 8. Ground yourself by putting both feet on the floor and centering yourself. Use this affirmation:

“It’s okay to be in my personal garden of peace. It’s where I belong.”

 

8. What are some ways that you can protect this peaceful frame of mind and heart?

Sometimes the simplest things can make a big difference.

 

9. What are some ways that you can nurture and grow these feelings of peace?

 

10. Is there a decision to make or some inner guidance for you to follow regarding your goal or intention?

Old Soul

Make a note of it, so that you don’t forget.

 

Finish it all up now by sealing and healing any pathways or holes that lead back to old harmful patterns of frustration or suffering.
