Difficult Beginnings

Difficult Beginnings arise where there are a profusion of elements struggling to take form…

Transitioning Out of the Piscean Age (Water) Into the Aquarian Age (Air).

Guidance from Kuan Yin and the I Ching

“You can sense the difficulties that lie ahead on your path. If you nevertheless plunge into the forest of obstacles without an experienced guide, you will surely lose your way.” ~ Hexagram #3 DIFFICULT BEGINNINGS, The I Ching Workbook by R.L. Wing

Kuan Yin's Transformation Games - Difficult BeginningsEver since 2009, Kuan Yin has offered her assistance through the I Ching and specially chosen Transformation Games, Mind Exercises and Self-care Formulas to help us navigate whatever changes were required. As a time-honored and respected guide in the Healing Arts, her aim has always been to help us stay calm and navigate the chaotic transition from the old paradigm into the New Paradigm with clear minds and hearts.

Now, Kuan Yin wants to help us adjust to the changes that have taken place by exploring what we need to be aware of about the reality of living and navigating in the New Paradigm where the Tao (or gate through which all things move) is likely to flow in varying difficult and chaotic patterns for some time.

Crossing the Bridge Over Difficult Beginnings.

Difficult BeginningsRadical energy shifts that began during the Solstice season of 2020 have escalated since December 21st, 2021. A change in the Cosmos has occurred and any remaining energy coming from the old paradigm, i.e. the Messianic or Piscean Age has shut down completely. That means that the prevailing Water style of manifesting that we knew and used in the old paradigm is no longer available to us.

As Kuan Yin has been warning us would happen since 2009 – the old way of manifesting and working with energy is officially done. Of course, water is always an element that’s essential to life, it’s just no longer the prevailing Elemental style.

I have been turning to her and other angelic guides to help me understand and adjust to the series of radical energy shifts that began on the Solstice of 2021. Her advice, as always, is direct and to the point…

“The Tao is now moving in the style of the lighter, quicker element of Air.

Think about the difference between Air and Water. Water is an element that is flowing, yet dense, moving down in the path of least resistance. Water is the Archetypal Element that governs intuitive, emotional activity. When too much Water gathers in excess and doesn’t move, it stagnates. When it’s gotten out of balance, humans tend to internalize overwhelming emotions and experience dramatic upheavals.

In the old paradigm, emotions lead and thoughts followed.

Difficult Beginnings Under the Influence of Air.

Air also moves, but in a much lighter and quicker way. This element governs mental activity; thoughts – words – decisions and understanding. Air can change its velocity and direction in the flash of an instant, which explains the uptick in explosive weather patterns, wildfires, war activity, misinformation, lies and social volatility.
In general, that means everything is moving much faster, lighter, quicker and more direct than you are used to. Think about the difference between swimming and flying. You can still get from Point A to Point B, however, the effort it’s going to be a very different experience.

Communications Also Need to Adapt.

Likewise with communications. Think about the difference between how sound travels under water and how it travels through the air.

Release your agreements to hold onto STAGNANT ENERGIES

Underwater, sounds are slow moving and muffled. They’re far more easily misconstrued, diverted, ambiguous, distorted and wishy-washy. If the water is heavy, it gets STAGNANT, apathetic and toxic.

This “stuck” condition relates to current social tendencies such as apathy, resistance, self-pity and laziness. You would be wise to release your agreements to utilize this very stagnant energy flow.

Instead, make a conscious choice to activate a new relationship with the Element of Water – fresh and purified to offset the imbalances and SHOCKING effects of past indifference and abuse.

Consciously go beyond thoughts and prayers and make an actual adjustment in how you relate to and utilize this precious resource.

Learning to Manifest Effectively In the New Influence of Air.

In addition, Air governs the Central Meridian, which fuels the brain and the Soul. This enhances rational thought, putting concepts into words, discernment, understanding and decision-making.

In the New Paradigm, thoughts lead and emotions follow.

Examples of successful manifesting includes these components:

  • Clear messaging (communication).
  • Clear intention (single-minded, simple, straightforward).
  • Motivation to cooperate.

Ask yourself how well you are using the mental aspect of Air with these questions:
“Are my thoughts positive?”
“Is my intention clear?”
“Are my motivations life affirming?”

Elemental: Air - Difficult Beginnings
Elemental: Air – Ace of Swords

As you consider those questions, make a new agreement with yourself to REFORM how you are interacting with the Elements that have shifted in the flow of energy. Release how you interacted with the Water dominated energy of Pisces and make new agreements to mindfully generate life with the Air energy of Aquarius.

“I REFORM how I utilize the Elements of Water and Air to create life in the New Paradigm.”

“I slow down, simplify and use less force to accomplish my aims.”

The out-dated communication system of the Patriarchy is attempting to maintain the position that only certain people should have power, be heard and respected.

Release your agreements with that system so that you can assume a new position in the New Paradigm, built on a foundation of accessibility, equality, balanced prosperity and willingness to co-operate for the Common Good.

Another agreement to change would be to come from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a grumpy, greedy or vengeful place.

“I release agreements to source from greed, dissatisfaction or revenge.”

“I now Source from Gratitude and Joy.”

The adjustments you need to take won’t just happen on their own. In this new environment, having integrity in thought, word and deed is the best way to manifest genuine happiness. Be proactive and intentional with what you want to set up for yourselves.”

Meditate for a few minutes on the new flow of chi’ that’s available through the Element of Air.

Divine Protection for Difficult Beginnings
Divine Protection in the New Paradigm

Allow it to permeate your mind and body so that you can create, heal and process with greater ease and efficacy.

Creating in the New Paradigm: A Shift in Elemental Influence.

Kuan Yin advises us to study the text for Hexagram #57 PENETRATING INFLUENCE (the Gentle) to learn more about how to navigate under these new conditions:

“Chinese art often depicts the effects of the invisible wind as it influences the landscape. Mountains are shown eroded and sculpted into fascinating forms, trees bend and twist into exotic shapes, clouds roll dramatically across the sky, bringing life-giving rain. In contemplating the wind, the…mind is inspired by the profound effect of a PENETRATING INFLUENCE and how this effect might manifest itself in human affairs.

You are faced with a situation that can be influenced only by gradual efforts in a consistent direction. Gentleness is the key here. Violence and radical movement would only alarm and repel. To influence effectively, you must maintain clearly defined goals over a long period of time. Your efforts should be as inconspicuous as possible. Try to imagine and emulate the gentle, unceasing wind… The time requires patience, a long-term commitment, and a vision of what you ultimately wish to accomplish…

This type of PENETRATING INFLUENCE is not rousing and takes much time, but it makes a lasting and profound impression.” ~ Hexagram #57, The I Ching Workbook by R. L. Wing

In this new energy, cultivate the power of observation to help you adjust quickly to sudden shifts of energy, missteps or over reaching. Forcing things and sudden moves can easily create chaotic energy flow and erratic imbalances, which should be avoided whenever possible.

Part of what that means is we need to:

  • Slow down and take things one at a time
  • Have clear, unified intentions
  • Examine intentions for hidden contradictions and harmful assumptions
  • Pay attention to the results we’re getting for our efforts
  • Be flexible in case what we’re doing isn’t working
  • Patiently and gently let go of resistance to what’s genuinely beneficial.

Emulate the gentle and patient Tree Sloth. Slow down and follow your Soul’s intention:

Tree Sloth - Difficult Beginnings

“It’s time to slow down and focus your energies on what you want to accomplish. Turn your attention 100% toward a clear intention. This is not the time for multi-tasking. If you have too many things going on, you won’t be able to keep track of what’s really important, and something really important is happening in this situation. Save yourself future regrets and resentments by paying attention now.” ~ #23 Tree Sloth from Gifts from the Rainforest

She also advises us to look at Hexagram #34 GREAT POWER:

“Keep in mind that power is a means and not an end in itself. In applying the available forces to the situation at hand, be certain that your timing is exact and that your actions are correct — that is, in the best interest of all concerned. The Chinese point out that actions that combine both correctness and GREAT POWER represent the true character and tendencies in heaven and on earth. The responsibility of correctness in times of GREAT POWER is unparalleled in importance, for actions that are inappropriate or incorrect will pull you and others into chaos.

Although blessed with GREAT POWER, you would be wise to pause and be certain that your proposed objectives are honorable… Unorthodox actions can lead to downfall during powerful times. Be patient, too, and wait for the opportune moment before executing your plan…”

Be instructed by the Praying Mantis. Still your mind and center yourself. Observe what’s really happening before taking action:

Praying Mantic - Difficult Beginnings

Good questions to ask are: What are you paying attention to? Is this a productive use of your time and attention? What would your spirit guide you to focus on instead?

There are unique challenges for those who identify as healers.

Realize that current underlying assumptions about healing and how it works are going through radical upheaval, whether we know it or not. The age of healing through sacrifice is over. Your special gifts and healing powers will need to make adjustments to work well with the new Air/Aquarian energy.

Know what you want, know what makes you feel good about your Self, know what brings you into harmony with others. These are your guidelines and principles. Other factors that assume control of your behavior or your health or that create inner discord are the obstacles that must be overcome. Be firm, unemotional, gentle, and clear in annihilating them and thereby reforming your Self and your environment.” ~The I Ching Workbook, R.L Wing

Accepting the Challenge.

As you learn to navigate this new energy, you will need to adapt your mindset and decision making skills to the different influences of Air and Water. Use these Archetypal Charts to help you assess how you’re doing:

Kuan Yin leaves us with these words to the wise about how to handle difficult beginnings:

“You can sense the difficulties that lie ahead on your path. If you nevertheless plunge into the forest of obstacles without an experienced guide, you will surely lose your way.” ~ Hexagram #3 DIFFICULT BEGINNINGS, The I Ching Workbook by R.L. Wing

Advanced Chakra Healing and Clearing ~

Recommended Mind Exercise and Transformation Games to Help you adjust and Keep You Moving with the Flow In the New Paradigm, Rather than Against it.

Environmental imbalances and instability have affected us in so many ways that we are just beginning to understand. Because the chakras react to and reflect environmental factors, it’s important that we pay attention to how well they are functioning and proactively rebalance them when needed.

Navigate Reversals During Retrograde

The biggest issue during this  period is the tendency for our subtle energy systems to get overloaded or bogged down by destructive energies. As a result, your mood could inexplicably change. Primary or Secondary Chakras might  shut down completely or suddenly start running in reverse. This instability can make it very difficult to remain grounded, just at a time when you need grounding the most.

Add to that the increase in violence, chronic health imbalances aggravated by climate and the overwhelmed state of our collective mental/emotional health and you’ve got a serious situation that should not be ignored.

For that reason, Kuan Yin has asked me to continue this format so that I can post Mind Exercises and Transformation Games that will help you deflect negative energies and address instability, reversals and toxic patterns in each of the Primary Chakras. It’s my hope that they can help you keep your chakras more stable and moving in the right direction.

Take a moment and integrate some of the help she’s offering to help us adapt. Here are her suggested intentions:

“I close down negative energy channels from the past.”

“I tap into the beneficial flow of energy now available through the Element of Air.”

Lets begin with the Root Chakra and move up:

1st Chakra - Root Chakra Balancing

“Our root chakra is red and governs the physical body, our instincts and the assumptions we have about life. It’s located at the very base of the trunk of your body.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the Root needs are physiological – air, food, water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and having adequate methods of communication.

Gaze softly at the Root Chakra Key above and then ask yourself:

“Are my physiological needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Root Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin would like to help you stabilize and protect your foundation>

Next up is the Second Chakra (also known as the Spleen Chakra):

2nd Chakra - Spleen Chakra Balancing“The second energy center is referred to here as the spleen chakra because it is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange and is located 2-3 inches down from the navel.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the second level needs are safety oriented – protection from the elements, security, order, law, stability and freedom from fear.

Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my safety and security needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my 2nd Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin suggests that you let go of negative entanglements that affect your immunity>

Continue by addressing the Third Chakra needs:

3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing“The solar plexus chakra is the center of who we are and who we think we are, so it’s fitting that its color is a bright yellow and is located in the solar plexus.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the third level needs include love and belongingness needs – friendship, intimacy, affection and love from work group, family, friends, and romantic relationships.

Gaze softly at the Third Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my love and belongingness needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Third Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin encourages you to connect with your courage and natural instincts>

The Heart Center and Basic Balance:

Fourth Chakra - Heart Chakra Balancing“Our heart chakra is the bridge between our bodies and the spiritual world. It is where our thoughts and beliefs about love meet the physical expression of it.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fourth level needs include esteem needs – achievement, self-love, independence, status, dominance, prestige, self-approval, self-respect and respect from others.

Gaze softly at the Fourth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my compassion and esteem needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fourth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin wants to help you open your heart to Joy so you can let go perfectionism>

Consider the Fifth Chakra and the Power of Your Word:

Fifth Chakra - Throat Chakra Balancing“The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fifth level needs include cognitive needs such as knowledge, meaning, expression, self-mastery and self-awareness.

Gaze softly at the Fifth Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my cognitive needs being met? Am I able to ask for what I need and straightforward in my requests? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fifth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin would like you to clear up any communication issues that are holding you back>

The Sixth Chakra and the Power of Your Perception:

Sixth Chakra - Third Eye Chakra Balancing“The third eye chakra contains the energy of insight and wisdom. Located in the center of the forehead just above the eyebrow, this chakra is associated with the color purple.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the sixth level needs include aesthetic needs – the appreciation of and search for beauty, balance and form, etc. Kuan Yin would add the need need for spiritual insight and understanding.

Gaze softly at the Sixth Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my needs for creativity and spiritual understanding being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Sixth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin recommends detaching from the herd mentality that feeds mind games and escalating conflicts>

The Seventh Chakra and Self-actualization:

Seventh Chakra - Crown Chakra Balancing“The crown chakra is our connection to spirit. This is the energy center that connects us with divine inspiration. Its color is white as it contains all things and it can cast a golden ring when in states of ecstasy.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the seventh level needs include self actualization  needs – realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.

Gaze softly at the Seventh Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my self-actualization needs being met? Are my fulfillment needs blocked in any way? Am I taking action and giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Seventh Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin wants you to keep your mind clear when lies are everywhere>

In conclusion, Kuan Yin recommends that you take the time to understand and adapt to all the changes going on.

Whether you want to prepare for improved health, career, finances or relationships, your mind and the whole experience will be much happier if you have an ongoing practice that will help you adapt and nurture yourself.

Intentions and Feng Shui

Feng Shui Intentions for Prosperity

Whenever conditions in our environment change, it follows that intentions and Feng Shui will need to change as well.

For years, Kuan Yin has advised me to stay away from making intentions frivolously or to ask for so many new things that I unwittingly create chaos, conflict and/or confusion. Happily, I’ve chosen to listen and take the time to create that habit in myself. Now that the New Paradigm is operating out of the flow of Air, rather than Water, many, many, many conditions have changed and will continue to at a far quicker pace than they ever have before.

So, whenever I set intentions for the Feng Shui in my home or office, I always ask for and follow simple, down to earth guidance from the most dependable Source I know, Kuan Yin.

As always, her advice is direct and to the point.

Kuan Yin's Transformation Games - Intentions and Feng Shui

“In the I Ching Hexagram #21 REFORM there are several points that will help as we explore what needs to happen in our intentions and Feng Shui:

‘The time calls for energetic REFORM… Either an inferior person who is working against you or a situation that has developed at cross purposes to your life is interfering with the attainment of your aims. These obstacles must be sought out, reformed, and thereby eliminated. Success will come through the enforcement of laws and the administering of justice. There is neither possibility of compromise nor hope that the problem will miraculously vanish. It cannot be rationalized or ignored, and you cannot maneuver around it. It is a tangible, real, and self generating interference in your life, and must be severely reformed before it causes any permanent damage to you…

… Personal relationships without defined guidelines, reasonable expectations, reciprocal considerations and clear plans for the future are now in danger of dissolving into the chaos being generated by the current situation. Misunderstandings and confusions will become more common unless firm, clear headed action is taken to dispense with whatever you perceive to be an obstacle to union. There are times to avoid confrontation, to sublimate deep feelings, or to retreat and await a more opportune moment for action. This is not one of those times. Energetic REFORM will bring favorable results.

There could not be a more appropriate time to examine your character and determine the extent to which any delusions, rationalizations, or habits have usurped control of your judgement. Know what you want, know what makes you feel good about your Self, know what brings you into harmony with others. These are your guidelines and principles. Other factors that assume control of your behavior or your health or that create inner discord are the obstacles that must be overcome. Be firm, unemotional, gentle, and clear in annihilating them and thereby reforming your Self and your environment.’  ~The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

To help you get a grasp on the larger picture, you may want to know about other important environmental changes before you continue with the game…

Intentions and Feng Shui

Part I: Calm Down and Get Focused ~

These selected Intuitive Learning Circles will help you focus and re-organize your intentions. Simply gaze softly at the Circles while you contemplate the question or positive affirmations that go with each one.

Perception

Your senses may have gotten all knocked out of balance.

Gaze softly at the Circle and take a moment to consciously gather up all your senses. Bring them into balance so that you can perceive things more clearly.  Imagine you can adjust the volume for seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling the things that are in your immediate surroundings.

When we’re adjusting to this new energy, the chakras and other subtle energy systems may start running in reverse or shut down entirely. Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections.

Repair any reversals, holes or blockages affecting your energy system.

Take all the time you need to let your energy smooth out.

Your intuition may need balancing because of elevated emotions.

Use this Circle to help you get your senses and intuition focused to the right level so you can perceive things correctly, which helps with emotions.

Some senses may be turned up too high and others too low.

You can adjust them now like the volume on a radio dial – just right!

Centering

Turn your attention inward first, to be sure that you are fully balanced, present and clear…

Begin by making sure that you are internally balanced. Your Essential Self is properly placed in an open and balanced Solar Plexus Chakra located where the ribs go up in the front of your body…

“My Solar Plexus Chakra is open and balanced.”

“I reintegrate my Essential Self into its proper home.”

Take all the time you need. With so many changes going on, it’s very possible that your Essential Self has gotten displaced or disoriented.

Plus, there could be a lot of old, even non-existent connections there that need to be expelled.

If the energy around your solar plexus feels stuck or heavy, use this chart to help you gently clear them out.

“I release and clear out toxins, interference and attachments that are harmful to me under the current conditions.”

Grounding

Without being firmly positioned in the “home base” of your solar plexus, it’s very difficult to access the clarity and stability we need in these times. Use this affirmation:

“I am grounded and connected in my solar plexus.”

“I am upright and facing forward.”

“I make firm connections with what I need for stability.”

Heart Healing

This has been a very difficult time and our hearts are having to deal with a tremendous amount of grief and loss. Give yourself some time with this Reiki Chakra Key to reconnect and repair your Fourth or Heart Chakra.

Take a few minutes to help the energy clear even more with this Soul Star for the Heart Chakra. Breathe and relax until you sense positive energy radiating out.

Finish this section off by making sure that your energy isn’t being drained. Use Fly Medicine from Gifts from the Rainforest to seal the drains like old plumbing lines that need to be deconstructed and closed down completely.

After going through this, you may have a new appreciation for how much stress you’ve been feeling. Be sure to fill those places with Love and courage.

As you form your new intentions for your environment, be sure to take your physical and mental wellbeing into account.

Part II: Now You’re Ready to Assess Your Feng Shui ~

Turn your attention to your immediate environment. Allow the Circles and their questions to help you get clear information…

1. Slow down and get to the Source of what really needs to happen.

“I turn inward and connect with my Source. I learn to utilize the beneficial and generative flow of Air in my environment … landscaping, bedroom, office, etc.”

2. Use this Circle to help you focus in on your Feng Shui project. What, if anything, has recently changed in your environment? How have your circumstances changed?

You may want to make a list.

3. Is there a general improvement, decline or is it just changing?

Is there conflict? Chaos? Contradiction? Crisis?

Can you tell what might help? Just make notes for now.

4. Are there any agreements or decisions you need to reorganize?

5. Are there old, out of date intentions that need to be cleared out of your mindset?

If there are, imagine that you can clear any harmful intentions out of your prayer pipe! If there are collective societal intentions, clean them out as well and send them to the Light.

6. Now that you’ve adjusted your awareness, use this symbol to help you connect with the true meaning of prosperity and how it can be manifested.

“I connect to the abundance of balanced prosperity.”
“I engage with my true nature and make the necessary changes to create my highest good.”

Balanced Prosperity

As you go through the next section of this exercise, it’s good to keep the feng shui principle in mind about finding twelve objects you can move or rearrange in some way at the change of every season or during other times of significant change. For example, are there any elements to adjust, let go of or bring in?
Does an object, piece of art or need to be added, removed or re-arranged?

7. What is the best way to nurture and care for yourself now? Can you turn that into an intention to use for your entire environment?

Ask for a life affirming experience that’s general enough to allow positive change to occur and that makes sense under your current circumstances. That part is especially important, since we know the changes we’re going through are liable to continue for some time.

Old Soul

If you would like to utilize the assistance that’s available through Gifts from the Rainforest, this would be a good time to ask Mapacho Medicine for some guidance. Read about the medicine and use the Circle to help you gather up conscious and unconscious information that will help you get to the SOURCE or what’s needed. Then, return here to continue the Game.

8. Is there any protection that you need to add? If so, can you tell what might help and where it would be best placed?

See if you can add that information to your intention.

9. Ask for a team of Divine Help to assist you as you set up your space around your new intention.

Chinese Zodiac:

This is the Year of the Yin Water Rabbit.

Rabbit

The beneficial qualities of the Rabbit are said to be: Docile. Fertile. Tender. Quiet. Gentle. Cautious. Considerate. Her fertility and connection with women’s health is legendary, although whether you consider that beneficial or not is entirely up to you!

Her more challenging qualities are liable to be: Irresolute. Skittish. Stubborn. Timid. Escapist.  Plus, the rabbit is considered by many to be a trickster, although her tricks are more likely to be along the lines of prank and small irritations, rather than serious deceptions.

With these generalities in mind, what do you gather you need to do differently to work with this energy? What is the message from this Archetypal Animal? Are there any warnings? Opportunities?
Is there something specific I could ask about that would be beneficial?
What would you need to do to make friends with her?

10. Gather up your self-healing abilities and instinctual nature. What message do you get from your own Power Animal?

Are there any actions that should be taken?
Any that are best to avoid?
What about your Chinese Zodiac Animal?
Make sure that each of your guide are present and introduced to each other.

11. Now that you’ve engaged a cooperative team, what changes in your environment do you need to make to support your new intention? The changes could be inside or outside.

How might you bring light and balanced prosperity into your environment?”

Make a list of the inspiration that comes and you’re off to a good start!

Over the next few days, set up the energy in your environment to organize around your new intention. Remember to mindfully set the intention in your crystals and/or sacred objects and place them as you’re guided.

12. Finally, confirm that you’re 100% present. Open and close your hands. Notice the time, date and where you are.

“I am 100% in present time.”

Congratulations! You now have information that will help to prepare you for the challenging times ahead.

Next Steps

Once you’ve set your intention in the space, pay attention to what you start to attract. If you start attracting chaos, conflict or confusion, know that you need to reassess your intention and reorganize it.

Don’t waste your time beating yourself up for having made a mistake or not doing it “perfectly.” After all, this is a whole new energy we’re in. We’re at the very beginning of one Age, while the other is gone. Mistakes are going to happen! Just get back up, clear your mind and be willing to let go of your assumptions about how you thought things were going to be.
