For our purposes, a Sacred Cow is defined as “a bizarre combination of attrition, malfeasance, and abuse, originally derived from a concept that had some merit until a group of individuals bent, twisted, and perverted it into a philosophy, doctrine, or point of law that no longer bears any resemblense to the original intention.”

Here are the rules:

• As members of Soul Circle, we Tip Sacred Cows every month.
• During the month of January, we’re playing every week or so.
• Play anytime at your convenience.
• Have fun and invite your friends.

The newest Sacred Cow is:

“The only way to solve a problem is by fighting with it.”

Here’s how to play:

1. Consider how this Sacred Cow applies to you.
2. Read each question or statement below.
3. Think about it while focusing on the Circle below it.
4. Take the first answer you get and move on to the next question. The Circles are focusing your thoughts and energy to create positive, proactive change.
5. Play again tip your own Sacred Cow, whatever it may be.
6. Remember when you are looking at the Circles, you are clearing out limited, polarized thinking. You may experience subtle energies running through you, you might feel a little disoriented or emotional at first. Just keep breathing, relax and let go. When you release your agreement with falsehood, you are detaching from a larger, collective agreement. Not only will you feel better, you will have increased freedom and peace of mind.
