Anger Management
If you are having difficulty expressing yourself without resorting to anger, go through this game and let yourself come back into balance.
How to play our free game:
1. Read each statement and then look at the Circle below it. Allow the Circles to help you make the necessary mental, emotional and physical changes.
2. Remember to breathe and relax.
3. Always take the very first answer that comes to you while gazing softly at the Circles. Trust is the basis of developing intuition and following your guidance.
Step One - As you look at the Circle below ask yourself:
“What am I in conflict about right now?”

Step Two - Ask yourself:
“What am I afraid of?”

Once you have answered the question, imagine that you can simply
move whatever it is you are afraid of to the side.
Step Three - “What is the most effective use of my energy at this time?”

Step Four - What is the overall objective that you would like
to achieve?

Step Five - Release any resistance you have towards achieving
your objective by looking at this graph for several minutes:
“I would rather achieve my objective than be “right”.

Congratulations! You are now in a position to utilize your energy differently
so that you can create what you do want, rather than what you don’t.
